The house has been plagued by various issues that any self-respecting contractor would have addressed in the beginning. The issues thus far are plumbing installed incorrectly (causing damage to downstairs ceiling), roofing that has been done incorrectly, (nails used to secure a metal roof instead of screws) leading to leaks in all of the four upstairs rooms, pressure treated wood used for banister...

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Work was supposed to be completed by the "agent" Brain Draper and his crew before the house was purchased. Plumbing was supposed to have been installed, roofing was done incorrectly, pressure treated wood used inside, poor draining, electrical work, granite countertops secured, and hot water heater installation.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
On November 25th 2014 my wife purchased a house from Cherrie Sayles real estate company with agent Brian Draper acting as agent/contractor through his company, TAD HOLDINGS LLC. The house was a "flip" house with Brian purchasing the property, and then "remodeling" and repairing the house using his employees through TAD Holdings, LLC.

We started looking for a house during the summer 2011 and signed all of the papers on September 30, 2011. Of course, the process required a team and Kelly Barry at Community Bank and Doug Wright, a lawyer from Tupper Lake were aces. We truly hit the bulls eye three times concerning the people who assisted us with the purchase of a house.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
My spouse and I were searching for a house to purchase as no adequate rentals were available in the Saranac Lake, NY area. We saw a house that we thought looked nice and we called the telephone number on the sign for Shooky, who works with Cherrie Sayles Real Estate. We did not end up purchasing the first house, but we did purchase the second house we viewed. Working with Shooky was absolutely wonderful. She is a delightful person and full of information regarding the area, vendors, and houses in general. Purchasing a house is anxiety provoking and Shooky was available all of the time in order to answer a quick question or ponder deeper concerns. Shooky had our best interest in mind.
