Brian took us from the hospital to the burial with total professionalism and empathy. We learned a lot of valuable information in the process that helped us then and now. He gave us choices every step of the way so we could customize our brother's funeral to our utmost satisfaction. This is not a job for Brian, it's his calling.

Overall it went very well.  Mom and Dad prearranged their caskets and plot several decades ago.  So I had to arrange and pay for the rest.  Based on Mom's wishes, we selected burial without funeral home service, but with a graveside service.  The small chapel was prepared for the service when we got there, and they even had a small cooler of cold bottled water available, as it was a warm day.  The staff stood by and did not become impatient or try to hurry our service for Mom.  Upon completion, they carefully and respectfully  moved her casket to graveside for internment.  Upon completion, the site was soon restored with sod to original condition.    With transfers and preparation and director fees it totaled $3080. Opening and closing ran about $1400.  They also arranged for a local pastor to conduct the graveside services for a $200 fee plus death certificates for $10 each.  Our director, Erika, conducted the entire operation professionally and with great care.  We did not have to concern ourselves with any details.  The grounds are very well maintained.  A top rated facility.

They were accommodating.  My father died last three years ago and my mother died last year.  We went to Eaton Tubbs and they did the funeral in wake and everything.  They are expensive but what they do is really a plus.  My father was cremated; my mother had a coffin and we paid both of them together.  We knew that he was going to die because he had Alzheimer.  We went to the funeral house, got a plot and paid for everything at one time.  To break it down it is different if you have it cremated and if you have coffin.  They took care of it by putting stuff on the newspaper and all the things that go with the funeral like the flowers and pictures.  The little notices that they kept printed up was really good.  They did a really good job.  The place where it was held was real classy.  They were very nice people and very accommodating.  They are kind of expensive but if you wanted it done well then sometimes you have to pay for it.

They are very respectful, helpful, attentive and very caring. They answer all our questions and concern we have. We also used them because of "word of mouth". I like the their personal attention.

She is an excellent licensed daycare provider.  I referred my sister in law to her. She is very reasonable. She does educational things with the kids. She is very interactive with them and keeps the kids clean. She does not keep company during daycare hours. You cannot wear shoes in her house she is very clean and professional. She is very smart and friendly. She is very accommodating and teaches your children like you would.

They were amazing! They took my daughter in a pinch with no questions asked and took wonderful care of her. I was very comfortable leaving her there for the two days my Dad was sick. Amy was so reassuring and took care of everything. It is such a great feeling to know that when I need childcare I have such competent childcare providers.

It is a family business. They are excellent. It is third or fourth generation. His prices are reasonable. There is ample parking space. He is courteous, efficient, sympathetic. The price may be higher, but you get what you pay for.

My son came to Tutor Time mid-year, having left his previous center due to their dereliction of duty and unprofessional staff.  Tutor Time was run by Celena (not there anymore) and Mel (still there), both wonderful, friendly and helpful.  My wife and I explained the situation to them, and Celena waived the enrollment fee, which was a big help.  My son has food allergies, and Tutor Time is fully able to handle those needs, as well as being certified to administer medications, including epi-pens, so that was great. And they even let us bring in our own snacks and lunches for him (something most places will NOT do) because of the severity of his allergies.  Our son took to Tutor Time quickly, made a couple of friends even (he had not done so at his old place) and while their program was not as "academic" as I would have liked (not many pre-Ks are) it was pretty good for him socially and he did do some skill-building.  The staff/student ratio seemed pretty good, and a number of the teachers seemed quite nice.  There was one who was a bit stand-offish (I thought) and one who sort of rubbed me the wrong way (ironically, she was the one my son got on best with!) but overall, it seemed like a good crew. A major downside -- they are VERY pricey (we chose them because they were so close, and they would accommodate our son's special dietary needs and meds) and they, we discovered too late, DO NOT contract with DSS for reduced-cost child care for lower-income families in the way that some other centers do.  I did not understand the intricacies and the terminology of the system going in, and by the time I learned how it really worked, I realized that if I had found another place, I could have paid perhaps $80-90 less PER WEEK.  Still, Celena knew were were on some hard times, and she tried to help us out in what ways she could.  It was a nice friendly place.  Celena left in May of 2012, and the new boss, Amy, was also very nice, but a little more "businesslike," and a touch less familiar than Celena.  A difference in style really, as she proved to be competent, friendly, and patient (although she was definitely good for 2 or 3 "friendly" phone calls if I was ever a day or two late with a payment... sheesh!)  I would recommend Tutor Time to anyone in the immediate local area, who can afford it. I picked "no" to the "use them again" question because a.) I have no more children that young, so it's kind of N/A; and b.) knowing what I know now about the cost, I would try to save a little bit of money if we ever did have another little one anyway... $211 a week is a LOT of money  :-)

The children were unhappy. They were unable to contact us. The director of the camp was extremely rude and unprofessional in his actions.
