Dr. Tague provides gentle, thorough, and first-rate dental care. Emergencies are handled very promptly.

    Paul Weber DDS
I have steered clear of the dentist for years ever since I had a horrible extraction done across the country. Dr. Weber takes things slowly, he gives you all of the information you need to be confident in him when you open your mouth. I have clenched my jaw for years, and grind my teeth at night, something other dentists had attributed to stress. I came back for another appointment to have an Occlusal adjustmentdone, after only 45 minutes or so in the chair my bite was fixed, I no long clench or grind and it has been a truly life changing experience.  The office staff is very friendly and it is a very close knit team (it's a family practice). My only complaint is that they do not accept assignment of benefits for insurance so I have to pay up front, it works out fine since the insurance checks are sent to me, it's just an extra step I wish I didn't have to go through, but he does offer a discount so I suppose it all evens out.  I wouldn't go to another dentist if you paid me!

I see them every six months. They are conservative, as I am. We watch things, not aggressively chase them. They are professional. I really like them. I am very pleased with the entire office.

    Prosper Bonsi DMD
Extractions--oral surgery--are serious events, and I was very nervous and afraid. Having not had any done before, it must have been written all over my face. and Dr.Bonsi and his assistant were very sensitive to my concerns, taking ample time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Dr. Bonsi employs the latest technology and his office is gleaming. He showed me the computer screen images of my tooth and what he'd be doing. On the appointed day, he gave me a local anesthetic, warning me of  the risks in pulling this large multi-root back molar. I agreed to contingency costs if I needed further services, but luckily there were no complications. Afterwards I was very happy to have the offending tooth removed, and left a happy camper, if not slightly high from the local anesthesia, plus a little pain killer, plus the antibiotics I was on. Over the following few days, and subsequent two weeks, Dr.Bonsi's office stayed in touch with me to make sure all went as planned. Pulling teeth is an art, and the hole in the gum has to heal completely and in a certain way, ie a clot has to form inside and not be disturbed by chewing or eating,as it was explained to me. If this doesn't happen, the doctor may have to go back in and do some repair work, which can be expensive. So Dr. Bonsi and his staff remained in touch during this process, and were very caring. Dr. Bonsi offers an array of oral surgery and cosmetic procedures. He is a brilliant dentist, and although I think his prices are fair for these special services, I think he is a little pricey for general dentistry.

Overall the services rendered there were professional and friendly. My only complaint was the long wait in the waiting room....which to me is a very minor thing.

The students did all the teeth-pulling work which was awesome as many of Mama's teeth were deeply entrenched. She received a special injection to eliminate the pain, but the pressure of serious pulling caused much yelling from her, none of which seemed caused by pain. Her advanced dementia didn't help. Though the students did the work, Dr. Bulot was in the room during most of the procedure to assure my mother's safety and best interest. Her blood pressure was carefully monitored. In spite of the amount of work done, Mama's mouth healed quickly and she was eating solid food within a few days. The follow up visit went well. She died in mid-May with no further problem with her teeth. Not only would I recommend this doctor, I would see him for any problem I had myself.

Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Of The Southern Tier
My wife had to have all four of her impacted wisdom teeth surgically extracted. This is the only time we've been to this dentist office since our general dentist does not do surgery. We saw Dr. Brown. Dr. Brown is calm, friendly, and has a good bedside manner. The surgery went without a hitch and they even made special accomodations for my wife due to some sensitivities to certain pain medications. It's a couple of weeks out and her recovery has been good. She's been to this office 2 more times for some follow ups and overall is very happy. One time when she was having some pain she had called the office for some advice and she got some unkind attitude from one of the nurses, but that was the exception. The nurse that helped her after her surgery while she was groggy was very kind and helpful.

The dentist and staff were all professional and friendly.  The hygienist did a thorough job cleaning my teeth, and she expressed concern about causing discomfort.  They did a thorough check, using low-power X-rays.  Since a large cavity was found in a molar, in which drilling could have exposed the pulp, I chose to use a specialist (endodontist) for that particular problem, but I'm confident of the dentist's abilities and plan to continue going there for routine dental work.

Omg. Great visit. Helped with braces care. Tried talking my youngest daughter and I into going out to the pond to catch tadpoles. We were laughing. Simple visit. Older daughter was picking out new colors for her bands.
