    NDA Kitchen & Construction Inc
NDA was Top Notch to deal with!!! Walter was our kitchen designer and was knowledgeable, thorough and really listened to what we wanted! The project ran right on time and every person that came to our house was professional, timely, and always cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend NDA! Three weeks and our kitchen was done!

Joe Sampsons Plumbing & Heating LLC
Joe Sampson came to my house and discussed options with me, including the pros and cons of the different equipment choices, as well as the best way to run the pipe to the fireplace. His prices were reasonable and he came highly recommended from an associate, so I chose him for the project. Jaime from his office was an absolute delight to work with and took care of all the scheduling, the permits, and the rebate paperwork with National Grid. Once National Grid had placed the gas pipe, Joe and his crew came and took care of the entire project. I could not be more pleased with the results. Joe and his crew were friendly and polite, they were neat (which has not always been my experience with contractors), and their work was impeccable. I have never had a better experience with a contractor. I highly recommend them!

    Frank Kelly Plumbing
Hes pricey; Hes high priced. But when you call him and hes at your house in five minutes no matter what. And thats what hes known for. Hes incredible. So, we know we paid a lot money for him, but we had 3 bathrooms redone and we had to wait for other work to be done before he could come in and then he had to wait for us to call him again before he could proceed with the next steps. And every time we did that, he was there instantly. And that was just phenomenal. So thats what impressed us about him. He did a good job. On price, I hate to say B, I know hes very expensive. I had friends in the area who had similar or more work done and their plumbers charged less. His service, his timeliness and attentiveness to our needs, and thats probably why maybe he charged more. Priced higher than others, but was very quick to respond. I would call him again, to see what hed charge the next time. Change the price to an A, if someones going to go out of the way (bend over backwards for you) to do extra for you, of course youre going to pay more for that. Ive used him in the past, thats why I called him again. It was really just this job that I found out that I paid probably more than I should have. But Ive used him in the past, and I didnt have an issue then.

    Order a Plumber Inc
He didnt fix the leak. It only needed 2 washers and I fixed it myself. He tried to charge me over 400 dollars. His wife stated there was a 39 dollar service call fee over the phone and the guy tried to charge me 150.00 for the service call.

    MCINTOSH PLUMBING & HEATING INC
Frank installed everything in a timely manner going about his work without delay. The quality seems good but it has been only 24 hours since he finished the work. He was always responsive to our communications prior to his coming to the house. Our biggest concern was that it took a few weeks for him to get to us because he was busy on other jobs. I guess that's a good problem to have. We gave a C for price because we thought the price was a little high for the work performed but we have not had a plumber at the house for quite a long time and our previous plumber retired. Admittedly, we are not up on the current market for plumbers, but we picked McIntosh based on the Angie's List reviews. As we indicated above, the quality is good based on the installation and the 24 hours of use.

    Ray The Plumber
Called this morning and they came within two hours, so far so good. Came to fix a toilet that keeps running.  Figured the job would cost between $75-$100 dollars as the toilet is under two years old and it is probably just a gasket.  They arrived and were very nice, showed me the $5 dollar gasket that needed to be replaced and informed me that the job would cost $149.  Keep in mind this job would take 10 minutes tops and would cost them $4 dollars in parts.  Why do you have to stick it to the homeowner so bad?  Can't you make your money on other bigger jobs?  I actually need quite a bit of work done (plumbing new lines, etc) but will not be using them.
Buyer beware, they advertise no job too small because they will charge you like it's a big job.  I would rather go and buy and install a new toilet for $200 before I pay you $150 for a rubber gasket.  Very upsetting.

    Herber Plumbing & Heating
It was very old plumbing they took out, and were careful not to damage anything. Did great work! I noticed that I did not like where the toilet was installed, so I called them and they came back and moved toilet, and the toilets plumbing where I wanted it. Everything is great with my bathroom now.

    AAA Cesspool & Rooter Service
We called AAA in the afternoon on a Friday, based on their high ratings on Angie's List. While the call went to voicemail, they called back before the end of the day. We talked briefly as they tried to diagnose the problem. They asked if the problem was urgent as they had a pretty full day on their schedule. I said we were fine and could wait until the next day. They promised someone would be out between 9AM and noon.
At just about 9AM, Mike knocked on our door. We reviewed the symptoms and I took him to where I was 90% certain the cesspool was. He asked about any gas lines in the area and I helped him locate the vicinity were they were. He said, he was all set and started to work. We have a gravel driveway under which the cesspool lies. He didn't have to dig too long before he found it, placing the dirt he removed onto a tarp. The cesspool was full and needed to be pumped out. At that point he estimated the cost, we agreed to it, and he got to work.
After he was done we did some testing to make sure the wastewater was flowing through the pipe. There was a concern though, that wastewater was still flowing at a steady stream while there was no water running in the house. It indicated a partial blockage in the drain pipe. Mike applied the pump hose to the waste pipe and it sucked the clog out. Further tests showed a surge of flow with quickly tapered off and stopped. Mike put everything back in order, told us to go easy on the water for the next 24 hours to let the chemicals work, drew up a bill and was done.
I'm very pleased with their service.
P.S. My wife was out when Mike had arrived and when she returned she recognized the "AAA" name on the truck. She works in real estate and had used "AAA" in a bit of a crunch just before a closing and she said they did a very good job.
