Work done to order, clean ,neat professional WENT THE EXTRA MILE. I could write a lot of details, but Excellent can speak for itself.

follow up-The utility companies finally got their act together work scope approved and even got better rebates than anticipated. Econotherm is good in this and their follow up is great. When work is complete I expect to update to an A all the way across, B is because not finished yet, but this is a multi-step process. econotherm is the good guy in the process, nothing to indicate that the finished product will be anything less than the professional service received during the inspection.
The two service people were professional and courteous. The energy audit program seems worthwhile. However, the time it is taking to get the follow up work approved is much longer than originally stated. Not likely the fault of econotherm as they are dealing with a new entity(PSEG transfer from LIPA).
I intend on using econotherm to perform some of the follow up energy savings measures recommendations based on my initial in home experience with their employees. I will provide a follow up review after that aspect is, if it is ever, completed. Started in November, I expected two months, not 4 going on five. Likely utility company transition issue.
Great incentivized program, but the turn around time of the utility company leaves little to be desired. There is no one for me to contact at the utility company so I wait.

AGreen Audit USAThe overall job went very well. From the initial consultation with energy consultants (Joe and Vin), to the installers (Jerry, Ron and Mark), the Construction Manager Oz, the office staff and the President Jay Best, they were a pleasure to deal with.
Everyone person we dealt with was polite and respectful. They covered everything before they started and cleaned up every night before they left.
Great experience and would recommend the company.
