AGaudioso ContractingI first worked with Gaudioso Contracting 4 years ago for a gut renovation in my small apartment. The business owner and particularly the office project manager Allison was highly proficient and organized throughout the process management. All interim billing and communications were handled very professionally. I recently worked with the team again on a flooding damage on my flooring. Allison listened attentively about the issues I experienced and quickly turned around a plan for the recovery work. Luis and his team who worked onsite for the repair was strict about the Covid safety compliance and they were wearing masks for the whole project and kept the work site clean and tidy. They were careful and showed great responsibility in putting the floor back efficiently, and also helped me fix a couple of other wear and tear in the apartment. I appreciate all their help especially during this tough year when home means a lot more than during the usual times. Thank you!- Xiao C.

AETC Home ImprovementEddie Costa and his ETC Home Improvement team are the only general contractors I will work with. I have used ETC many times over several years, and I am never disappointed. Eddie is my general contractor for several rentals and my home. He put a beautiful kitchen in a shore rental, does every aspect of the construction bringing in great plumbers and electricians, too. Eddie aligns his work and subcontractors so it goes fast. He brings in locally constructed kitchen cabinets that are beautiful. Eddie is just finishing a home office addition and master closet for me, and it turned out perfect. Finish carpentry by Carlos is amongst the best I have seen. I can’t say enough about how professional Ed is, and all the team he brings in. His prices are very reasonable for the quality you will get. For major projects, you will not have to hires anyone else, he has the best on his team. I recommend Eddie and ETC at the highest level.- Joann L.

ASpectrum Painting & Paper Hanging LLCSpectrum has an incredible team. We hired them for two really tough epoxy flooring jobs. 1. The garage floor was badly damaged and full of divots. Spectrum repaired and sanded it before laying epoxy. It looks beautiful. 2. The laundry/utility room floor had asbestos tile. The crew removed a refrigerator, washer, and dryer to do the work and put them back in their correct places upon completion of the job. They even got the epoxy floor to completely surround the hvac system and water heater. This was a big, messy project and spectrum did such a great job keeping things clean and getting it done quickly. I wish we had done it sooner!- Arielle B.

They explain clearly what they are going to do and make this challenging work look much easier than it really is. These men are magicians who took hardwood floors that were extremely worn and transformed them into floors that looked brand new. Howie and Jim are knowledgeable, skilled and reliable. AEuro Floors installed hardwood flooring in the back of my house (a "great room") 4 years ago. We just had them come to install the same floors in the front of the house, refinish our stairs, and install the same flooring in some of the upstairs. The finished product couldn't have come better. They gave us a custom stain the first time around which they were able to match with incredible accuracy, despite a few years of aging on the other floors. The workmanship is impeccable, as it was the first time around. The boards are tight, the grain on the wood is beautiful, the stain is even, and the finish is fantastic. This was no easy task as we had three different types of flooring, but they leveled it so that you'd never know. They are a little more expensive than some others, but you're getting true craftsmen. I couldn't be happier.
