    Decozen Chrysler Jeep Dodge
    Initially went well.  Vehicle was listed on the internet with just over 1000 miles, and around $58,000.  I was scheduled to see the vehicle five days later but there was a snow storm and I didn't make it.  I asked about the mileage and was told it now had around 3000 miles.  I made plans to see the vehicle two days after that.  I drove to the dealer and made a deal to purchase the vehicle and trade in my car.  When I told the salesman what I was offered for my car, his sales manager told me he would match the price.  I left a $1000 deposit and made arrangements to pick up the vehicle 5 days later.
    When I arrived at the dealer I noticed the sales price of the vehicle I was purchasing was around $1500 higher than what was listed on the internet when I originally saw the vehicle on line with just over 1000 listed miles.  When I questioned the salesman, he once again went to ask his manager who "hid" behind a door that said "no admittance."  He came back to tell me that in order to meet the price I was given on my trade, they had to raise the price on the vehicle I was buying! Huh?  I guess I should have walked away at this point, but I had already driven 1-1/2 hours twice to this dealer and really wanted this vehicle. After the paperwork was signed and all the contracts done I was given the keys and waited for my insurance company to fax over my insurance card. Every other dealer I had ever purchased a car from always had this done way in advance, but for some unknown reason, they had to wait until I was at the dealership.  There was NEVER a second that anyone ever showed me a single thing about the vehicle while I was waiting for almost an hour.
    It was only until I drove out of their lot that I noticed the odometer read 6,200 miles!  A far cry from the original 1000 or even the 3000 that I was told later on!  I was so in love with the vehicle that even this seemed trivial at the moment.   When I arrived home and looked for the owners manual, I realized they never gave me one.  I called the salesman and he assured me one would be sent out immediately.  After 2 weeks, repeated calls and false promises, no owners manual!  I texted the salesman and told him to forget about it and I ordered one on line.  I never received a response and I went and spent $100 on a new manual From ebay.
    In defense of the salesman, he was young and fairly new.  He tried to help, but was inexperienced and up against owners, who in my opinion really don't care either way.  They are all about the bottom line and NOT the customer!

    I've been a customer for over 20 years, just joined Angie's list, and was surprised to see no recent reviews.
    In short, Sigi is simply the best! A great mechanic, extremely reliable, as honest as can be. Prices are very reasonable and he always takes the time to explain what is needed. He'll never try to upsell you, in fact, if you ask him to do something that he doesn't think you need, he'll explain why and talk you out of it. I've moved a few times since first becoming a customer, and still go out of my way to use S and W.
    Give them a try, you won't regret it.

    My car was on lease with them. The service was terrible. They were supposed to pick me out in 15 minutes, and it was a hot hundred degrees in the shade, and I had met with the minor accident, and they showed up 45 minutes later. It was so warm, and I was parked on the side street waiting for them to come, and the neighbor someone I didn't even know from across the street came over and asked me if I needed a bottle of ice water because it was so hot outside. I was on a side street walking and going slow and that's when I heard a crash on the right side of my window, and it turned out to be that a live wire had fallen. I was not even allowed to come out until the police arrived. I was so not to get out of the car because they'd didn't see where the end of the live wire was. The insurance company took care of the payment, and they also wanted to charge me on a loaner. It's been years since I've been dealing with them, and I would say be cautious with them because I don't know whether it was the heat or some reason they gave me for not being there on time. I would not highly recommend them. They used to be very good, but the work they did was fine as far as I could tell. I don't know who they used for towing whether they used their own company, and I have a feeling that they called somebody else to do it. Their punctuality and professionalism was poor, but I can't help using them in the future.

    I'm sold on Jack's Miracle Auto Repairs. I take all of my vehicles here because he can do anything. I've used this place for years and have never had any bad surprises. I believe in their honesty and I think the prices are better than what you would pay at the dealer.
