  • It went extremely well as usual.  
    I have been a client of Miller & Clark for many, many years.
    The doctors are caring and knowledgeable, as are the technicians and front desk staff.
    Everyone in this practice goes the "extra mile".
    I cannot imagine taking my dogs to any other veterinary practice.
    I would recommend this animal hospital to anyone looking for outstanding care for their pets, and in fact, I have done so and will continue to do so.

  • The staff was very attentive and very professional. They followed up with the diagnosis for our dog and provided treatment immediately. They also had a convenient pharmacy on location. They also offer holistic medicine as well as traditional. Dr Jenna is extremely sympathetic and understanding and worked with us and our dog. She was emotionally connected to us, which helped ease our pain and suffering when our dog did end up passing from his illness. Our dog's cancer was so advanced that he did have to be euthanized, but they met our needs and let us be with him in a favorite location while he passed.

  • Our dog was misdiagnosed and passed away. They did not do a good job of taking care of us as pet parents. They gave no sympathy, they didn't give enough information. They mislead me as to what type of cancer he had and how it could be treated.

  • After being told by other trainers that our dog's temperament could not change, we called Ramella. She came to our home to train our 4 1/2 year old mini Aussie and spent several hours with us. Cali has been timid since we got her as a puppy. She would also bark incessantly at any noise she didn't like (changing garbage bag, the sound of tape being rolled off its dispenser, vacuum, and more). Ramella spent a lot of time desensitizing her and showed us what to do. She also made very sound recommendations for us to follow up on. As much as we were exercising her, Cali needed more stimulation and interaction with other dogs. We are working on this and she is improving. We will be working with Ramella again for next steps. I highly recommend her.

  • We thought the doctors are excellent including the staff.  The kennel staff were extremely caring and they did frequent walks.  They took very care of the dogs.  They are 24/7 with full staff.  This is a big veterinary group and there is always somebody there.  They are also generous like they'll donate to ASPCA.  I've noticed that they are also generous and caring for lost animals.  They are good people.

  • I've been using Miller-Clark since November 2013 when we adopted our young pit bull, Roxie. They are absolutely WONDERFUL. Everyone in the office is very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I feel 110% confident with our dog in their care. Jasmine, Jodi, Dr. Antiaris and Dr. Amerling have been especially great with us and our shy Roxie. Couldn't be happier with them and the practice!

  • Brought in our newly adopted dog when she began rapidly breathing for long periods of time while she was resting and seemed to be acting strange. Being worried new owners, we decided it best to have her be seen.
    We were seen quickly at around 10:45pm, and the staff was very good with our dog - as she was abused and is petrified of humans. The assessment was relatively short, but she was given a clean bill of health. We were told what to look for in the future to determine if she's in distress. Also, the price for being seen on an and quot;emergencyand quot; basis was not as bad as I was expecting which was also a good thing.
    I would use them again (but hopefully won't have to)!

  • This is the first time that Angie's List has truly failed me.  DO NOT USE this dog walking service.  I was drawn to this service because the owner, Nicole, promised that our dogs would be walked no matter what was going on with our dog walker, rain or shine.  I used them for approximately one month.  Our regular dog walker was excellent.  We received word that he was out, but not why or for how long.  I stayed home from work on a Wednesday.  The owner, Nicole, was covering for our regular dog walker.  She did not show up to walk our dogs.  She came around 5:00 with another walker to show her the ropes at our house and to look for a lost cell phone.  I asked her if she planned on walking our dogs.  She told me she already had walked them that day.  I informed her that I had been home all day and no dog walker had come.  She just said "Oh, I guess that's where my head's at!".  No apology, no explanation.  That night, I emailed her and asked that in future she let me know who would be covering our dog walks and asked that she leave a daily diary so that we had some assurance that a dog walker had visited.  I pointed out that, from my perspective, what had happened that day did not look good for her company.  If I had not been home, my dogs would not have been walked and we would have been charged as if they had been.  She informed me that our regular dog walker was injured and out for an indeterminate amount of time, that she was covering and had not been sleeping well.  She said "in hindsight probably should have left all 12 of Aday's households hanging this week instead of asking my sleep deprived mind to take over yet another full-time job."  and followed that with " if you are truly that concerned about our performance as a company then I would prefer to leave your key on Friday which should give you ample time to replace us by Monday."  She absolutely refused to apologize or accept responsibility.  Instead, she expressed concern that we would not be paying her and kept asking me to have our contractor verify that she had come to walk the dogs in the days prior to Wednesday.   She absolutely forgot to walk our dogs.  I have no idea how many other times this happened in the time we used her service, as even she doesn't seem to know where she has been on any given day.  She would not apologize, would not give any assurance that it would not happen again and quit rather than try to make it right. 
    Our regular walker, Aday, was excellent and our dogs truly liked him.  However, when the owner of a company behaves in this way, you cannot entrust your animals to the company, as there is no one to hold the employees accountable when the owner themself behaves in such a way.  It was absolutely horrifying and made me sick.  Thankfully, we did not use them for pet sitting.  I can only imagine what I would have come home to if we had.

  • I've been using Pets a Go Go to care for my eldery exotic animal (his name is Emu) for about six months and have had nothing but positive experiences.  I would consider myself a 'paranoid' pet owner who constantly worries about Emu while away and it takes a lot for me to breathe easy when I take a trip out of town. 
    Feeding Emu is not like a dog or hamster where you can just put food in a bowl; he requires a specific combination of elements to complete each meal since he has special diet needs.  II'm also a worry wart, so also request that the sitter text me updates so I know he has been fed and looked after.  
    I always get text updates from the sitter, and when I return home, I find handwritten notes confirming each of the texts I receive (Emu is doing well, ate his food, etc).  
    I've used two other pet services before finding Pets a Go Go and they were both absolutely horrific experiences where the sitter was unresponsive leaving me feeling like my pet was starving to death or neglected.  Finding Nicole and the Pets a Go Go team allows me to out of town and not worry, which means a lot. 
    I would highly recommend them and will be calling on their services in the very near future!

  • The veterinarian I see there is Dr. Lockhart. It is a small place and it is very nice. I take my pet every couple of months for a checkup. They call me back when I have a problem. My dog is almost two and has been a healthy dog so far. They are very nice. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.
