    Today 4 Star taught me something very important. If you give your credit card information to a vendor/service provider, they legally have the right to put through any charges they want. Literally anything up to your credit limit. There is nothing you can legally do. Your only recourse is civil action. Paraphrased...the onus is on the cardholder to prove that the vendor did not provide the services and goods claimed, or to acceptable standards. You���ll most probably get it back, but you lose a day, and it���s a pain etc. If they put through, hypothetically $267, odds are that it���s more expensive to litigate than write it off. Good business model. Odds are in their favour. I consider it a relatively affordable lesson in legal credit card abuse. It's an extremely expensive windshield replacement though.

    All of the service is covered by the warranty. We leased the car for 3 years. We go in every three months for an oil change. We drop it off, and pick it up. It is more convenient this way. I would recommend them to anyone. The car we got is in good shape.

    They were excellent. They were recommended to me and he took care of a lot of the problems with my car. I would go back there. I used them in April, July and September for 3 different problems. The price was okay with me. It was normal and what everybody would charge. They were very, very helpful. I've had a wonderful experience with them.

    Their customer service and professionalism were above and beyond. They were excellent. They were extremely helpful. The minute I got in and dropped off the car, they were actually going to have somebody drive me back home. I had no way of getting back home. They were all helping me trying to get back home, even the receptionist. That was above and beyond what they should have done. They were willing to do it for me. I didn't want to wait there for them to fix it. I am going to be going there henceforth.

    First estimate was for $700. I said OK. When they couldn't fix it they raised estimate to $1700. The car is 10 years old. By this time I needed my car badly. So I said OK. They offered me a "loaner" car. After the car was fixed I found out the loaner car was really a rental and they wanted me to pay $350 rental charge. They never mentioned a fee when they lent me the car. I complained so they said Ok. no charge. Three months later I find that they gave my credit card number, without my authorization to to the car rental (loaner) company who charged me $175 which was half the original fee. Again I called the service manager and complained and he said he would call me back the next day. Never heard from him.

    I have been going to Expressway for a long time. They are pretty efficient. They will tell you if you need a certain amount of stuff done at a later time. They also keep a good record of your services. They are very honest and very proactive. I dropped my car off this time, went to lunch and it was all done when I came back. I guess it took like a half an hour or so.
