  Perfection again. They actually follow the Corona virus guidelines. It is a good time to bring car in when not terribly busy. They sprayed and cleaned the key before giving it to me. they did same inside the car. You can trust them to tell you the truth and not up sell you on stuff you don't need. They also work with you on transportation. In this case I just waited outside while they worked on it. you can do night drop off, and rides if needed. They save me time and money by scheduling oil change at the correct intervals. I am licensed mechanical engineer so I know what I am talking about.

  I can in for a 30,000 mile inspection on my Hyundai Sonata and it passed everything, the mechanic said that you need a cabin filter and air filter, they wanted to charge me alot of money, and said we have it all apart already. When I got home I ordered both from e-bay for total $20 and now they I look at them they don't even have to be changed, really not dirty, So did they even look at them or just go by what the dealer recommends. To bad because they are close and was looking for a reliable mechanic

  Frank did an amazing job at explaining the problems, solutions and servicing the car as needed. Moving from Ohio, I wanted to find a mechanic I could trust and found him via rating on the web and Angie's list. This is the first time I had my car serviced with him. Frank was honest enough to say that the car passed inspection without the need to change the sensor causing the engine light on as this was not picked up for some reason by the system and the engine light went off. What I appreciated the most, is that he took the time to show me the condition/rust/warping on the breaks pads & rotor and how used up the tires were to explain me they needed to be changed. We discussed the cost, found a reasonable solution and he also gave me 10% off. Price was also comparable to what my prior trusted mechanic would charge in Cleveland (called to check) Great job, affordable + honest, friendly and great customer service !!! Would recommend to anyone!

  Overall this was the best auto mechanic I've been to. The customer service was excellent, they kept me informed and were very honest. Oh....and they washed my car while it was there! There was a little snafu with my part but Frank and his team were able to make an adjustment and get the cat. installed. These guys know their stuff and would recommend Franks to anyone in the area.   Car suddenly lost power while driving. I though the clutch had gone as I've had a lot of  clutch issues in the past with this car. Got it home and started looking for a mechanic. Had used another mechanic for a while but had some bad recent experiences. Found Frank on AngiesList with 19 praising reviews. Called, Frank answered, described issued and he said bring it down. Frank drove it and said it didn't feel like the clutch and suggested it might be timing related. Told him I had the timing chain replaced recently and he immediately told me to return to dealership. Didn't charge me or try to convince me to stay. Took car to dealer who gave be a big run around ultimately suggesting the repair cost was going to be about $5000 and I might need a new engine. Took the car back to Frank. It took a couple of days but Frank diagnosed the problem to one of the three catalytic converters being clogged. He was able to cut out the bad converter and weld a replacement in and charged me $400 for parts & labor. I also had him replace a broken motor mount, do a NJ state inspection and oil change. All in all, Frank had the car 3 days and charged me $913 in total which was approx 50/50 between parts & labor. When I picked up the car he truly showed me the broken parts. To top it all off they had washed and vacuumed the car and left me lottery scratch off as a token of their appreciation. I won $4.   Franks place doesn't necessarily look organized but based on past experience that seems to be a trait of really good mechanics. Its only one visit but Frank appears honest, is fair in his pricing and not afraid to diagnosis problems. I will definitely be bringing him my other cars and based on this one experience would recommend him.

  Frank quickly responded to my e-mail when I inquired if his company could provide the services that I requsted. I drove to his shop, met him, and he gave me an estimate of the cost for the materials and labor needed to complete the work. The estimate was fair and the amount of time that I needed to wait for the materials to arrive was reasonable. The work was completed in two phases because of time constraints with the state inspection. Frank and his staff performed the work promptly and professionally. The cost came in under the estimate and I am satisfied with the results. I would use Frank's Auto service again and recommend his company to my family and friends.

  MANHATTAN ALIGNMENT & DIAGNOSTIC CENTER

  I called about 1PM on Friday, July 1st because our car was shaking when being driven at 60 mph. We were hoping to use the car that afternoon for the holiday weekend.  I was told to bring it right in and they would try to help me.  When there they immediately checked the car out.  They found the tires all needed to be changed and that one wheel was missing three out of its five bolts and could have fallen off at any moment!  (The car had been serviced and the brakes replaced at the VW dealer about 6 weeks prior.  All the tires had been replaced within the past year).Manhattan Alignment checked out the car, changed all the tires and replaced all the bolts and we were on our way in a washed car by 5:30PM Friday afternoon.I returned the car on Tuesday, July 5th for alignment, front brakes, service and inspection all was done well, quickly and the car was washed again!  I picked the car up that same afternoon.  Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional.  I will not return to the dealer but I will happily return to Manhattan Alignment and Diagnostic Center.
