APugliese Pest SolutionsIt went well. The number of bees coming in and out of my foundation through a small crack stopped within a couple of hours. He killed as many bees as he could on contact, but also applied a powder chemical designed for the bees to take back to the nest on their bodies to take care of the rest of the hive. A few straggler bees trying to escape through my house have had to be taken care of by me, but we haven't seen any bees today. He said they should be gone within 10 days. If not, call back and he would come back. With the service also came a 30 day guarantee, which is nice. Note that Pugliese Pest Control was purchased by Orkin, so don't be surprised when you get their support people when you call the local number. All and all, happy with the service.- Joseph B.

However, this was not one of the technicians that we are familiar with - several of them know our house quite well after multiple visits, and know that the wasps WILL find any spot that they miss, and that we WILL call them back if that happens. APugliese Pest SolutionsIn every instance, the people who perform the exterminating/ eliminating/preventative services are professional acting, responsive, and careful. They perform the service cheerfully and well in a polite and expedient manner. In some instances, the scheduling of a service is not as accommodating as I would like, but overall, this company provides a competent and well run service. I subscribe to the Gold Program which consists of a regular monthly payment, and a variety of pest and insect control services. I don't know their schedule for individual services.- Elizabeth C.

I quote and work the jobs with one of our sons.I also have backup men that can work if one of my sons can not.We except cash or check,we have 30 plus years of experience.I guarantee most of our residential homes up to TEN years in writing.

AAfter getting the run around from Terminix, it was a pleasure to deal with Orkin. The technician showed up precisely on time for the inspection, was the same person doing the treatment the next day, and was early the next day so that he could get set up and ready to physically start working at precisely the time he was scheduled for. He explained everything he was going to do and why, what our responsibilities were, and was extremely professional in everything he did. He left our house in good order and was very neat in his work habits.
