    SK Custom Woodworks LLC
We needed our cabinets trimmed at the bottom to accommodate a new fridge. Stan did excellent work! He was very responsive to our request, showed up on time, and was very professional and efficient. The cabinets look great and you wouldn't even know they had any work done on them!! We were very satisfied and would definitely hire Stan again.

    CNY Painting & Contracting
Both doors are in tightly and working well with no gaps like before. The problem , in the winter months, was the gaps were allowing the warm air to escape and the storm door would ice over - both on the windows of the storm and on the door itself. I won't know until next winter if this problem has been resolved. The job was done within a reasonable amount of time and done satisfactory . I found Brad Dougherty to be very courteous and an easy contractor to do business with . I definitely would use him again .

    HM Carpentry
This attic work was hot, messy and cramped. Both attics had substantial amounts of unnecessary and ineffective plastic and insulation material that had to be cleaned out before any plywood work could be done. Neither attic is high enough to enable anything more than moving around on knees. Knee pads and face mask protection were required during the work. Full 4'x8' sheets of 5/8" OSB plywood could be brought into the lower attic through the new access door, but those sheets had to be halved lengthwise in order to get the plywood into the upper attic. The work took 3.5 days. The resulting storage spaces are now A++.

    Affordable Solutions by Brian
Brian himself came on time and was very candid and detailed with his explanation of what needed and should be done. He was very gracious in that he took the time to fully explain all that he saw that should be repaired and finished. Thank you to Brian for the time you spent re-assuring us that the job was a manageable one!

    CNY Painting & Contracting
Brad provided me a detailed contract after giving me an estimate for the cost of the project. He was very helpful/willing to make changes to the contract to fit my needs. He began work when he said he would and his crew did a very thorough job. They could have easily cut corners without me knowing but I could tell they went above and beyond to make the house (old lathe plaster walls) look great. I would definitely recommend Brad to anyone looking to have painting done to the interior of their home.

Colorado Custom Blinds, Shades & Shutters
Colorado Custom Blinds is an exceptional company to work with.  Malia arrived to our home promptly and went through several choices of blinds.  She walked us through color selections and helped us decide on something that would go perfectly with our new home.  After walking through many choices, Malia then measured each of our windows and then provided us with a quote on the same day.  After about two weeks, the blinds were in, and a custom installer installed each of them in less than one hour.  Unfortunately, we noticed a flaw in one of the blinds, but Malia was quick to order a new one and get it installed quickly.  Originally, we were going to go with Lowes, but we are thrilled that we went with Colorado Custom Blinds instead.  Malia offers many more choices, and her customer service far exceeded our expectations and that of Lowes.  If you are looking for great blinds company, we suggest going with Colorado Custom Blinds.

Taylor Construction & General Contracting LLC
Bob and his crew showed up when they said they would, stayed as long as required (14+ hours the first day), worked professionally and took time to answer any/all questions I had.  Job was a little more extensive than originally thought due to condition of plywood sheathing and a few rafters, went from 2 day job to 5.
Bob and crew checked/double checked each aspect of the job and spent hours scouring the yard for any debris/nails.  Overall I am extremely satisfied with Taylor Construction and would not hesitate to recommend them.

    Afordable Solutions
Excellent from the very first call for an estimate, to starting the work, and finishing on time including unforseen leak from shower which included replacing plumbing from previous contractor. They arrived on time each day and cleaned up the mess before leaving.

    Walsh Cabinet Shop
His name is Charles Walsh. He is excellent and does fantastic work. He is a fantastic woodworker. He is like an artist, he cannot be rushed. He is very meticulous and friendly. He is slower than molasses but he does good work so we put up with that. He has always been good with us as far as price is concerned and he calls us his best customers. He gives us good pricing. We have spent lot of money with him. His quality is outstanding. He is a little slow about responding but we can put up with that. We will absolutely continue to use him.

Taylor Construction & General Contracting LLC
Bob Taylor (Taylor Construction) was so professional and personable right from the get-go.  He was generous (and extremely prompt) with his time and expertise concerning a work estimate (no high pressure sales just confident and professional; and they finished under budget), job completion time (sooner than expected), materials needed.  He offered up "referral properties" from previous jobs. He met with us (several times) at our home to explain the entire process, bring samples, and to preview the job site.  The work was delayed a while due to a rather long stretch of rainy weather in our area.  Bob continued to keep in touch to assure us he "hadn't forgotten" about us and the job.  When the weather began clearing and a job date had been set he kept us posted every step of the way.  Advised us just when the dumpster would be delivered, cleared with us where on our property the dumpster would be placed, and also asked our approval for set up and placement of his work trailer and additional work equipment.  He told us that he and his crew (who were awesome .. more about them in a moment) would arrive around 9 a.m. each day to begin work.  Each day they arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule!  He was here each day to oversee work of his crew (which didn't need supervising; they worked well as a team; all knew their job/responsibilities; a number of his crew each had worked with/for Taylor Construction for over ten years; they worked with professionalism and with respect for Mr. Taylor and worked conscientiously about their job and our home).  Each time something "out of the ordinary" or unexpected cropped up (the flashing around the chimney, banding it to the roof, removing some of the siding, replacing some sheets of plywood, replacing the bathroom vent-fan) Bob's crew discussed the issue with him then he in turn explained the issue with us, offered us his factual overview/opinion and left the decision up to us as to how we wanted him to proceed.  He and his crew were "spot on" with every issue.  We appreciated their/his candor and expertise.  Clean up was so immaculately accomplished you'd never know they had been here were it not for our beautiful new roof!  The job was completed a day ahead of schedule on a Friday.  The following Monday Bob returned to see if we were pleased with the work and to assure us that if we weren't completely happy about the job done by his crew that he would work to make it right.  Not necessary, Bob.  The entire experience was stress-free.  Bob and his crew made it so.  We would indeed recommend highly Bob Taylor/Taylor Construction
