    DO NOT HIRE THIS SERVICE. ALL THE BAD REVIEWS OUT THERE ARE TRUE. When I was interviewing the owner Carol I mentioned the bad reviews. Her response was the bad reviews were written by disgruntled former employees. And she has a 100% guarantee the customer will be happy with her service. This woman is unbelievably unprofessional and rude! She Was supposed to send a ���team��� of professional cleaners and organizers. 2 showed one could barely speak English. Left in less than 3 hours Paid the $600 as agreed upon. I called numerous times to schedule their return to finish the deep clean as agreed upon. Owner is combative and argumentative and yelled over me every time I tried to speak. She said she speaks in an ���authoritative��� manner. Then the date of their return I called in advance to confirm the day/time. I called and talked to Carol she said the cleaners were on their way. At this time it was 45 minutes after the time they were to be here. I called an hour and half after the appointment time. Carol barked at me saying they are on their way. I said they are almost 2 hours late. She yells that they will be at my house and hangs up. After 3 hours and still no show I called again. This time the owner told me her husband died and yelled that I am a terrible person for showing no empathy. The dates for the cleaners to return were made 3 to 4 weeks in advance. Why weren���t the cleaners schedule at the time of the dates were made.? As a result of this I requested a refund and she said I���m not going to get it. Because she has my money I tried one more time. After the 3rd time of no show I called and told Carol I will be forced to take her to Small Claims and she told me to go ahead and try it. I���m a disabled senior citizen and this has caused a great hardship.

    Nooks and Crannies House Cleaning
    Cleaner was slightly late and the price was not well defined, although I did feel it was fair. Cleaned did a great job and was very pleasant. I would use this service again if I had an opportunity to do so. Highly recommend!!

    Please use extreme caution with this company. There is constant turn-over with personnel as seen with employee complaints - their complaints are same I heard from multiple people that came to our house for cleaning and would not see them after again. Constant lying and delayed/missed cleanings due to turn-over also occur. The company does not screen employees as they swear they do. Also take caution that the company is not bonded as advertised and does not carry stated insurance that they portray to have on their website. I personally had theft occur by their employee and found out the hard way that what stated was false and nothing but window dressing to get the job. They start off good but soon thereafter the problems start. I wish the posts from this year were available in 2017 when I signed up for their cleaning services. All the negative comments are 1000% actual. I am now out few thousand in items and get nothing but lip service from the owner. Viable professional companies do not operate this way!

    David was very responsive and professional during my conversations with him.  He followed up the next day to make sure we were completely satisfied.

    The carpet technicians were punctual (actually arriving a little early which was great!).  They were very courteous, polite and wanting to know what our specific needs were as far as problem areas they needed to focus on.  An added bonus was that they picked up all the chair mats in each employee's work area when they first arrived.

    The carpets look much better and the office smelled nice and fresh the next morning when we arrived!

    I would definitely recommend them to other people.

    The relative that I mentioned that hired Donna's services had become ill, and in a few months her health declined rapidly. We were having to prepare for the end of her life. During these last stages, many of our responsibilities were overlooked and cancelling Donna's services was one of them. The family member that was supposed to do it forgot.
    Because we had forgotten to call Donna one of her housekeepers showed up and none of us were there. Donna called me and told me that her employee was at the house. I asked her if anyone called to cancel. She was livid. Telling me no one called and she is going to get paid now. I was at the house in a few minutes and let her employee in. Then her employee told me that Donna wanted me to call her right away. I did.
    Donna was now very angry and hostile repeatedly told me that she was going to get her money. I told her that when I mentioned the cancellation of services, During this awkward conversation, Donna was more livid and became hostile, repeatedly telling me that she is going to be paid.
    I was talking about future appointments and had every intention of paying and will give the check to the employee. She demanded cash now! By now, I had enough. I told her that checks were always accepted by her in the past, and I was not going to spend any more time away from my loved one to get cash because of her being unreasonable.
    She told me to give the phone to her employee. She instructed the employee to take the check and leave immediately without providing any service.
    I was appalled then and still am.
    Knowing my family was going through this awful time with our loved one, this woman calls and with no regard that her customer is dying and what the family was probably going through was thinking of herself only and getting paid. Although I didn't expect sympathy, but was surprised she had no regard whatsoever considering the circumstance was given.

    Jason explained what he would do, on the day I called. He arrived at 9:30 the next morning and went to work immediately with a helper. When he finished, he explained why some areas still looked dirty, although the rug improved as it dried. He applied Scotch Guard at my request. Time will tell if that helps keep it clean.

    The experience that I've had with them was good. I had no complaints at the time. I don't remember how much I spent on the service but I think it was under a $100. My experience with them was good. They came in on time and did the job, and they left the place clean. They have a good pricing. They were responsive. I called and they were here on the same day. They were here when they said they were going to be. I will use their services again in the future.

    They have great service.  They are honest and trust worthy.  They are just reliable and professional.  They did a good job.  They charge me $15 an hour.  I will use their services again in the future.

    They weren't very good. They hire people and the supervisor or the boss isn't there. They just send a bunch of people into your house. If you do not deal with the owner of the company, then the reputation of the company really doesn't matter to the workers. If you're on business, you want your reputation to be good but the workers really don't care about your reputation. They just want to get paid and be done with it. Their price was okay. It was good. They were a little bit responsive. They were late and not punctual. They send workers without the supervisor and that's not being professional. I will not use their services again in the future.

    Terrible and Mike Burke is far from professional. He will smile in your face and be all nice when you are handing him money. But when the work performed or vehicle sold fails he is like Dr. Jeckle and Mr. Hyde and becomes irrate and tries to intimidate you. I walked away because I do not need to get arrested for hitting a piece of garbage like Mike Burke.
