Better than we could have expected. The crew was talented and professional. Always preparing with protective drop cloths and plastic to control dirt and dust. Left the house spotless every day. The finished product was perfect in every detail.

I cannot begin to tell you how impressed and happy I am with Cris and his team. From the very beginning they were punctual (early for estimate appointment) and fair in both expectations and price. Cris was open and honest throughout the project and kept me updated with the work that was performed and that which was needed to be done. We worked together to find the a workable design and the appropriate materials. He worked with me on the pricing and gave me fair and competitive quotes. I am recommending Cris to all my friends and family and suggest you give him and chance too!

    AJC Designs Construction Inc
We had our house completely remodeled. We added a whole 2nd floor containing a master bathroom, master suite, 2 additional bedrooms and a hall bathroom. In addition to the second floor, we also redid our kitchen by blowing it out and adding a great room, dining room and redoing a bathroom. AJC Design did all the work! They were wonderful! Artie the owner was very responsive and professional thru the whole process. The quality of their work was fantastic too! I constantly have neighbors stop me and tell me that the quality of their work that AJC did was excellent. The workers that work for AJC Designs are excellent and trustworthy (which was very important to me). They completed our project in record time....5 months. My house didn't even look like there was construction done...it looks like it should have always been this way! I highly recommend AJC Designs and I'd be happy to give any reference for them.

Fantastic. The team from TurnKey was prompt, paid attention to detail and treated my home as if it were their own. We love the company and are prepared to use them again in the near future for a basement renovation.

Scott was very easy to work with and willing to make changes as the work progressed. We couldn't have been happier with the way our Kitchen and Bathrooms looked after the work was finished . The jobs were completed on time and in a professional manor.

It went exceptionally well. I am normally very worried when hiring any type contractor to work on my home. I have heard so many horror stories, but these guys came as a recommendation from a few friends of mine that I trust. The owner was very nice and walked me through every step so that I was always informed of the progress and never caught off guard by anything. I will definitely be using them for any future work we do on our home.

First word that comes to mind...QUALITY.
Bob is a General Contractor who has a very trusting personality. You will immediately feel at ease when speaking to him. Compared to other Contractors, you shouldn't expect a sales pitch, or a bait and switch from Bob. He is upfront and honest with your job at hand; his price won't change unless your scope of the project does. His pricing was on par, as compared to other Contractors. His wife, Veronica runs the main office along with Lisa, and they were always pleasant to deal with. It is all family run, which is nice to see.
Throughout my project, Bob didn't try to persuade me from any detail my wife and I chose...unless it was an opportunity to save a few bucks here and there. I appreciated that. His crew is top notch. They're all very likeable, trustable and do an excellent job; no detail is spared. Cris oversees the project, and he is EXCELLENT. During a part of the project, Cris had asked me if I preferred a detail to be done one way or another. I told him, whichever is easier for you guys. He replied, "No, don't worry about easier for us, worry about doing it the right way." What a way to demonstrate how you care for the job at hand.
I had these guys work for months in my house while no one is home, and never had to worry about a thing. They became a part of the family while they were here.
Doing a kitchen renovation is very stressful. It is time consuming and inconvenient. Having no running water on the main floor, with a 1 year old and a wife, pregnant with #2 on the way, life became stressful. It takes a special kind of personality to be a Contractor who is successful in dealing with various personal situations, and Bob has got the stuff it takes.
For the job itself, the appearance and quality was amazing. Everything was build solid.  Our friends and family are still in awe of the job they did. My wife couldn't be more proud of her home. Our kitchen is magnificent, and we spend many hours in both the kitchen and basement (aka Man Cave). I look forward to many years of holiday parties and other events for my family to enjoy.
I highly recommend Bob Krendel for home renovations. Anyone is welcome to drop by and see the beautiful job they've done. I will be using him again for future projects.

Bottom line is they are the worst!  Incompetent doesn't begin to describe the idiocy and bad work.  My husband and I bought a house in RVC and thought OH! it's close by, been around 30 years... what could possibly go wrong?  EVERYTHING.  We met with David, who when stuff goes wrong is useless, because sales people have nothing to do with resolving issues.  No problem taking your money though.  They bungled our measurement, our install date and ruined tile and our bathroom in general.  We only have one full bath in our house so getting this right was paramount.  Let me be honest, I had heart surgery in May, so I am not supposed to be stressed out... Right.  fat chance.  The installers showed up 4 hours late for their appointment, on a FRIDAY.  They measured once and cut twice.  RUINING BRAND NEW TILE.  Rob the installer, most likely strung out, goes to me: oh, i can fix it with silicone.  He took large CHUNKS of tile and thought he would "fix it".  When I let the seriousness of what they did to my bathroom sink in, I had to go lay down so, my mom who was visiting from California took them to task. He said he would be back the next day to pop the bad tile off and put new tile up.  He again showed up 3 hours late, thin set and left saying he would be back the next day.  He never showed.  He called later in the afternoon saying he was "sick".  David couldn't help me.  The next day, I finally got a hold of Sharon and Bill they sent a different Rob a "field supervisor" over to inspect the damage and to grout.  He grouted and left.  They came the next day to put the glass in... FINALLY as it had been hanging in my hallway since Friday.  I came home from work to find silicone everywhere inside the shower except in the corners.  I called.  This was October 1st.  STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK.  We are disputing the charges with visa b/c the work isn't done.  Services are not rendered.  I have called every day for 10 days.  NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME.  THEN THIS MORNING ALL THE PLASTIC STUFF that is supposed to keep the water in FELL OFF THE DOOR/wall.  AWESOME.  This is the worst place ever and i have told the tile shop we use w(which happens to be next door to them) and every contractor my husbands VERY large family knows as well as taken to all social media to alert everyone to not use them.  I am now researching other vendors to come and fix because it will be a cold day in you-know-where, before they will step foot in my home.

    TLA CONTRACTING INC
Perfect, in a word.  Bob Yoskowitz, their Owner and GC, is a detail oriented and ultra-reliable professional.  On time, within budget, and the results are absolutely spectacular!  The guy can visualize a finished room when he's starting at the studs, and his guidance is unparalleled.  Would highly recommend.

    Zevco Contracting Inc
We hired Crossroads Construction same address different phone number and email.  It was a father/son team.  They did not start when they said they would.  There would be days when no one would show up.  It went from a 2 week to 3 week reno to over two months.  When we received the first receipt for payment it was on Zevco paper.  The son said he started a company in his own name and that it was no big deal.  We were paying them in cash so we know why they did it.  Ultimately we asked them not to come back. Work (tile, tape and spackle, electric etc) was subpar.  The son stopped wanting to deal with me because he cannot obviously work with women.  He came into my home and screamed at my mother and myself.  And my husband received a voicemail that was threatening towards me.  When we fired him he text messaged and left voicemails for my husband that were completely unprofessional.  He took advantage of my husband and myself and so did the father who said he would make everything right and then disappeared leaving it to his son.  I just found out my floor is pitched away from the shower drain when it should have been pitched towards it because we did a barrier free bathroom for my handicapped father.  And the plumbing apparently done by a non licensed plumber is not to code.  None of the vendors he used were licensed.  And both Zevco and Crossroads were not licensed at the time this happened and they did a lot of work in my town after the flooding from Hurricane Sandy.  God help the other families who used them.
