I found the Environmental Assessment of purchasing a home is just as important, if not more important than a standard structural inspection. Charles was able to uncover solid facts about the home I was interested in buying which were hidden in plane sight. Without this inspection, I would have invested money in a property that was hazardous to live in, putting my family in danger with out even knowing it. Home owners should insist on this service. AInspect This Home Inspections LLCLou and his son Nick were incredibly professional and accommodating. They moved their schedule around so they could inspect the roof days before a snowstorm. I was also really impressed by how good of a teacher Lou was. He was thorough in pointing out defects in the house and how to care for certain aspects (ie the boiler, reinforcing supports, replacing valves.) A true wealth of knowledge. 10/10 will use if we ever buy a house again.- Joe E.

AJean and Wei were a joy to work with! Ahead of our appointment, they were prompt with responses and explained costs and steps very clearly. On inspection day, Wei was punctual and extremely professional, adhering to strict pandemic protocols (gloves, wipes, etc.) Wei walked through everything he noted in a highly detailed manner, and the report itself was also superbly put together. AI initially hired a man to do the chimney work. He only cleaned the top of the chimney. He told me I'd have to get someone to repair and clean the bottom! I called up Winston and the tech came over, did the repair and cleaned about a garbage bag full of soot from our chimney. They charged me less then the first guy. My landowner was so pleased that she wants me to call them in for everything now.

AI had to call 5 different electrical contractors to do work in my co-op. I found some off of Angie's list and home advisor. I had contractors who never showed up, people who never got back to me after showing up. Some quotes were lower, and one quote was higher. At the end of the day Beshaun was on time, prepared, professional and provided a detailed estimate. He showed up fully prepared to do the work. His workers were professional. They got the job done in time as promised and cleaned up after themselves. I felt comfortable enough to leave them in my home while I was at work. I had him install 4 sets of track lights, and over head lights in 2 closets and one room that had none, along with a ceiling fan. All new wiring had to be run for everything.

A6/12/2020 I do not normally leave reviews. Craig has left a great impression on my first home buying process. He doesn't care about the "deal" when he is doing the inspection. He thoroughly checks every inch of the house. He had to make a second visit due to some utilities not being on. He had no issues with that. If I ever need a inspection again I know who I am calling 8/11/2020 Writing a follow up review because thanks to Craig at Complete Home Inspection I was able to save a ton of money. Let me explain. I'm Purchasing a bank owned home. I decided to go with Complete Home Inspection because of the very thorough inspection they do. The Inspection report was worded in such a way that made THE BANK agree to a lot of repairs (which we all know is impossible). Craig did a great job in making sure anything that needed to be repaired seemed urgent and needed to be done regardless of who is buying the home. He has saved me over 10K in repairs. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU USE COMPLETE HOME INSPECTION FOR ANY HOME YOU ARE BUYING!
