David and his crew did a fabulous job. I purchased a new home in October 2017 in which I did a 90% gut reno of the existing structure. David offered guidance, suggestions, provided alternatives for me to chose from to fit into my budget. His attention to detail was amazing. The quality of his work speaks for itself. I am so happy. David and his crew arrived daily for work ( 8 week reno), on time, treated my home with the utmost respect. I was able to trust David with my home without the need to be there every day. He was timely, professional, honest, and very calming. I am so very happy with my new house. I can recommend him without reservations. I am looking forward to him getting to work on my basement.

    Vick Teck Construction Corp
Vic does excellent work he makes sure that you're happy with the job he has done. If you're not happy with something he will redo it until you are happy with it. He is extremely knowledgeable about what he does and takes his time to make sure the job is done right, that's why he did so much work at my home. I recommend him to everyone I know who is looking for a contractor.

    DM Contracting & Restoration Inc
asDanny and his staff were professional and timely. As in most renovation work, we encountered a number of issues especially given the fact that we live in a twelve story cooperative. Danny was able to negotiate and address the Co-op requirements i.e. plumbing and electrical licenses, stringent insurance requirements, proof of workers compensation coverage and access to adjacent apartments. The workmanship was of the highest quality and passed the cooperative inspection with high praise. This was a major renovation that required complete demolition of the the bathroom including removal of all fixtures, door, accessories, toilet, basin, full size bathtub, floor and wall tiles. There was very little impact to the surrounding living space. All of the debris was removed in a timely, orderly and extremely neat fashion from the apartment and throughout the building. They completely rebuilt the walls, built a soffit with exhaust and lighting, replaced all the fixtures including proving a all new walk-in shower, new medicine cabinet, toilet and istalled new floor and wall porcelain tiles while completing the needed plumbing and electrical upgrades. Once the work was completed, we inspected the job with Danny and came up with a few minor punch list items. He promptly sent his staff back to address and complete the tasks. He completed the entire job in accordance with the job estimate and contract terms. He reduced the price for some debris removal that was not needed. We were also able to shop for all of the materials and fixtures which he picked up and delivered to our home.
It is not often that we can say that we are completely satisfied with our new bathroom; AND WE ARE! We want to thank Danny, his wife Marie (who runs the office and probably Danny) and their staff for their professional, courteous and timely services.

Ivan and Roman of Progress were excellent! They showed up in a timely matter; were courteous; were very respectful of my home by wearing covers on their shoes; and were very professional and meticulous in their work. They completed all jobs as requested, except for one because I did not have the correct size of exterior louvre vent. They explained the situation, measured for a new size vent and told me they would attempt to find the correct size. I couldn't ask for better service. They even went a half hour over the agreed upon timeframe and did not charge me extra. I was a very happy customer overall and would use them again. Thank you Progress!

    J & J home remodeling

Joe did much work for us. I would note that, for all of the work listed below, Joe took his time in offering many suggestions on the types of materials and options available, even making many decorating suggesions.

After Hurricane Sandy destroyed everything on the ground floor level of our house, including the
rental apartment and the garage, a demolition crew removed the damaged interior doors, sheetrock and flooring. After having the wiring replaced (Joe was not available for that work), Joe worked almost three weeks continuously for us. After running dehumidifiers for over a week, and ensuring that no mold was present, he basically rebuilt the apartment. He replacedseemlesslythe lower half of all the sheet rock (in both the apartment and the garage), installed ceramic tile floors throughout the apartment (excluding the bathroom), replaced the baseboard heater covers, replaced all the upper and lower kitchen cabinets, and replaced all interior doors.

One two other occasions (unrelated to Sandy), he gutted and rebuilt the entire kitchen and a bathroom in our (the owners) apartment. The kitchen was a complete demo. We purchased the cabinets and appliances separately. He replaced the walls and ceiling, removed a space-wasting dormer, and installed new lower and upper cabinets, a new tile backsplash, and installed the appliances, including a built-in microwave w/ the duct work to the outside. [He coordinated his work w/ the electrical crew that was hired separately]. He completed the job over the course of about seven straight days. The only delay was due to the microwave oven having been damaged in shipment to us. When the microwave was finally replaced, he returned on very short notice to install it.

Similarly, the bathroom was a complete demo. He installed new sheetrock, a new tile floor, a new tile (half) walls, tile shower, shower body and fixtures, toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet, and added an exhaust fan w/ duct work. Most difficultly, he removed a cast-iron bathtub that weighed several hundred pounds. It had to be broken in half to be removed. A problem arose when we realized that the new tub would not fit through the door opening, nor could it be turned inside the bathroom. He ingenuously cut a hole through the sheetrock bathroom wall into the adjourning room, and the new tub was slipped into place. The hole was expertly repaired.

Also, when I told him of a problem we were having with a storm door that had been installed by a contractor we had obtained through a big-box company, he recommended a replacement door, and expertly installed it. We've had no problem with that door since.

    I would recommend this company.

    BNH Home Improvement
Work was excellent, met all our needs.  Very professional, on time, clean, and did exactly what they said they would.  Excellent response to issues that came up.    Very friendly, and met all time commitments.  I would highly recommend; in fact I have to numerous friends and neighbors.  My wife and I were so happy with the results, and appreciative of the their hard work that we had a bbq for them at the completion of the project.

    BNH Home Improvement
Hurricane Sandy destroyed the ground floor of my home including the rental apartment .Not only was my family displaced by the storm but my rental apartment was also lost which helps me pay my  monthly mortgage.  BNH  Home Improvements arrived at my home the second week of November 2012 and gave me a fair estimate to do the work needed to repair my  rental apartment first. This involved a Apartment that needed to be completely renovated  with a new  Kitchen and Bathroom.

BNH arrived on time on the start date agreed to  with several men , started working on  my project  and never stopped until the project was complete.  They even worked on Saturday and sometimes Sunday if needed.  My tenant was able to move in the last week of Dec 2012 which was quite an accomplishment given the scope of the project.

After a short break for the Holidays, I called Adam owner of BNH  and had them finish the renovation of the rest of my house.  It went as smooth as the first project and Adam was very patient while my wife decided on several design decisions like tile type for the floors and colors for the walls.  They were also able to get me great prices on both my kitchens and tile floors from the home improvement material stores.  Great finished project after all is completed.
I have recommended BNH Home Improvements to  my family and friends and  they have been completely satisfied as I was.             In February of 2014 we renovated our basement finally  and were once again pleased with the work BNH did and are now enjoying a nice family room thanks to them .
Keep up the good work BNH ..

Chris was somewhat responsive in scheduling the service. The men he brought to do the job were very professional and a pleasure to have in the house.  They did a great job and I would work with Chris again because of it.

    Husband For Hire Home Repairs
The work was going to cost $3000.  I paid $1000 up front as a down payment before the work started.  The day the work started he dropped two people off to start the work.  When I hired him I was under the assumption that he was going to do the work.  I asked him if he had a cell number that I could contact him on.  He told me that he only had a personal line and that I would have to go through his wife every time I wanted to contact him.  The work was very poorly done on the first day so I did not have them come back.  The paint was dripping on the door knobs and was splattered on some furniture.  There wasn't any prep work done before the painting.  They did do some patch work on the ceiling but I will not have them back in my home to finish the work because of how poorly the work was done and how I have been treated.  I sent him a letter asking for my money back last week. I have not heard back from him since.
