AMack Of All TradesMack of All Trades is our go to handy service for whatever project pops up in our fixer upper house. We have had them facelift a bathroom, retile a fireplace hearth, swap out all toilets and faucets in the house, fix a broken kitchen sink, frame and finish a fireplace we added to the house, and swap out a major cast iron pipe that was leaking all over our basement. We have dealt with MANY contractors in the past and this company is by far the most reliable. We keep their phone number on our fridge for the next bump in the road we find in this house!- Derek W.

ABeautifully. Jim came out as scheduled and found that the leaking toilet was cracked. Since it is in the only bathroom on the 2nd floor, we needed a replacement pronto. Kim in the showroom helped us find a suitable replacement in stock, and this was installed the next day. Less than 24 hours from start to finish. Jim did a first-rate installation working around an uneven tile floor.

AOur master bath remodel went very smoothly, start to finish! Our project was on the smaller side, but we received the same attention to detail and quality workmanship that our friends did who had Four Points do a gorgeous upscale kitchen remodel a few years ago. Missie is a talented designer who really helped us bring our ideas to life. She was very patient as we contemplated our options before finalizing our plans. Chris and John, our crew, were extremely professional, tidy and punctual. They observed all CDC safety guidelines and we felt very safe having them working in our home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jim touched base with them regularly, and personally oversaw a couple minor tweaks that were required at the end of the project, as there are in any home renovation project. We love our new bathroom and cannot wait to plan our next project with Four Points!

AAndre and Vitaly gave me a quote over the phone, based on pictures that I texted. I had multiple scratches caused by my dog, and some very large water marks. I made an appointment for them to do the work in my home. They were right on time, professional, neat and courteous. They did a beautiful job! The buffet looks brand new, every mark is gone! I will definitely hire them again in the future.

ARon was awesome! He came, looked at the non-functioning knob and figured out very quickly that the problem was from a very small piece that somehow was broken. He didn't have the part, but he knew where he could get it for MUCH cheaper than ordering it new (saving me a bundle). Since he had to go to a local place to find the part, he left and promised to come back to fix the stove as soon as possible. He called the next day to try to finish the job, but I wasn't home. I called back as soon as I got the message and his assistant set up an appointment for the next day. Rod showed up early in the window assigned, took maybe 10 minutes to put in the new part and tested it thoroughly to make sure all was right. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the professional, friendly, complete and very well-priced repair I got from Pro-tech appliances... and they'll be my first call if I ever need something like this fixed again.
