ARochview HomesDavid arrived on Wednesday and worked on the faucets. He was going to work on the lights, but the fixtures were flimsy and he went and got better ones. He completed the electrical work the next day. He also installed a new photo cell out light fixture on our garage. He cleaned up well and placed all trash at the curb. We had him do plumbing work for us last year, and he installed gtwo screen doors for us, as well. He is very friendly and does great work.- Elizabeth E.

ATotalView Window CleaningWe've been trying to find a service to repair or replace damaged 15-year-old window screens in our home for several years, without much luck (our cats clawed holes in several screens, plus a deer stepped through and completely destroyed one screen when it fell out of the window). We finally found a local company, TotalView, listed here on AngiesList and they had good ratings, so we called them. They responded promptly and agreed to an appointment on the next business day (today). He came out this morning, took all the screens down and fixed them in his truck in little over two hours, then reinstalled them all for me. Service was quick, polite, friendly, and very professional. He even agreed to try to find the materials for the deer-destroyed screen to rebuild it for us, for an additional price, which I thought was very reasonable. I absolutely would hire them again for window work and strongly recommend them.- Chris A.

CWork was good but I thought price was excessive. Charged as bid but I (perhaps naively) was under the impression that the job would take several man hours. It took two man hours with the resulting cost being over $500/man-hour which I think is excessive.

CIt didn't go at all! We set up the estimate pretty quickly but now we cannot get anyone to respond to any of our messages as we were trying to reschedule. We sent more than one message through Angies List as well as called about 4 different times 4 days prior to our appointment and the only thing we heard from them was an email that they sent us confirming our appointment, the night before they are supposed to come! The appointment is still set for today at 4pm and still cannot reach anyone. If a company cannot even respond to messages and make it this hard to speak to someone, I can only imagine what the communication through the process would be, Not worth it.
