AFields of Green Lawncare And LandscapingI can not honestly say how much I love having this company. Between my home, and two businesses, Fields Of Green knock it out of the park. I appreciate the work they have done over the years for me. Recently I had a bunch of trees cleared in my back yard. Scott came and was able to clear them all really opening up the property. After that we added a new single tree and a mulch bed. Came out wonderful. Home, or business, they have you covered. Thank you- Devon B.

BOne Step Tree & Lawncare IncAfter another lawn treatment firm managed to gradually kill our lawn we found One Step to replace them. One Step slowly brought our Lawn back. Not perfect yet but so much better. One Step also worked with us. First lawn care firm that we have consistently recommended. BUT as of today we are so sad. They have sold out to the firm that damaged our lawn several years back. We have already paid for the season. So we are stuck to finish this season, I wish One Step would have been up front that they were selling out. Unprofessional. So sad.- Edward H.

They continue to treat my lawn and I have also called on them to weed my flower beds when they were out of control. FBroccolo Tree & Lawn CareTerrible! We wanted a comprehensive service. Spring cleanup, mulching beds, weeding, edging, lawn treatments, hedge trimming, fall cleanup. Everything except lawn mowing (which they don't do). The price was high, but I signed up so that everything would be taken care of. It seemed like every few weeks we would run into something that "wasn't in the contract, but they would be happy to do for an additional cost". Right now I'm looking out at my lawn full of leaves. Apparently, raking/blowing the leaves isn't included in the "fall cleanup". But they will be happy to do it for another $500 (on top of the $5,000 I'm already paying for "comprehensive service"). They never answer the phone, and don't return phone calls. One department doesn't speak to the other. So we got a call from the lawn treatment team telling us they can't treat the lawn until the leaves are removed, so we called to ask when the leaves will be removed from the lawn. They gave us a date, but no one showed up. We call several times over the course of several weeks, and finally get a team out, but they end up cleaning only the beds, not the lawn. When we ask why we were told they would be cleaning the lawn, we get the run around. The treatment team often showed up on rainy days, so I doubt the lawn got much fertilizer. We told them we wanted some new rhododendrons (happy to pay extra for this, of course), and they never asked me what type of rhododendrons to plant. Instead one day I just found we had new bushes, which weren't what I had in mind (they have small leaves instead of the large leaf ones, and I have no idea what color flowers. I guess I'll find out next spring). They left no instructions for care of the new bushes. My lawn has NEVER looked worse. They filled some low spots on the lawn with topsoil (again, an extra charge for that even though it was just a few spots), and we ended up with an infestation of nutsedge. We had never had nutsedge before, so I'm pretty sure it came in with their topsoil. They were happy to charge me extra to treat it for nutsedge (I ended up doing it myself). I have seldom had such a horrible experience with a service provider.- Annie M.

FTruegreen LandcareThey sent a text and said on the way, then at the end of the day said they were not coming. This happened two weeks in a row and no one from the local office in Rochester called to explain what happened and when they would get it done. i just want the last treatment completed and don't understand why the would not get here first since I was skipped twice. Customer service is out of town, can't contact the local office via phone. It is very frustrating and no way to treat a customer.- WARREN K.

ABrockman Tree & Lawn Care LLCI have had nothing but excellent service from Brockmans. They're competitively priced and always return phone calls to discuss best options for my lawn. They have come out several times at no additional charge, to inspect the lawn. I used their 100% organic program for several years and find them to be environmentally sensitive and responsible. AIt went very well. This is the third time that I’ve had them do work for us. In the past, they have removed two trees on two different occasions. Today’s job was to remove low hanging and dead limbs, and limbs overhanging the roof. They also removed three dead small trees along the property line and trimmed back vegetation along the utility lines. They also cleared out weed trees growing in the shrubbery. The three-man crew cleaned up and were done in about three hours. Very professional! Compared to other tree services, High Falls is very good deal!!!
