The man who took our call on the day before the service was extremely thorough in explaining the types of glass we would be ableto choose from to replace the pane in our door. He gave a reasonable estimate which was adhered to. The tech showed up early thenext day but didn't call first as promised. That's ok. He was personable and professional. Had to return to the shop to cut our glassand returne...
