I have used Cheryl's Kitty B&B many times, but most recently she boarded my cats for 4 nights (price quoted above is for 2 cats per night).

Cheryl's Kitty Band B is located in a home in a historic district of Rochester. My cats got their own room complete with furniture, bedding, toys, litter box, and a window for bird watching. I provided the food, and Cheryl was careful to follow feeding instructions. She also spent time with them on a daily basis so they were not alone for the time I was gone. She will text you updates and pictures of your cats if you want. If for any reason your cats gets sick, she will not hesitate to get them medical care. I have been completely happy with her services every time I have used her. You can tell she really loves and understands cats! Note that if you want the full-sized bedrooms you will need to reserve far in advance since she is almost always full. She does have small rooms in the lower level that work for short stays or emergencies.

Cheryl contacted me right away and provided me with photos of her Kitty Band B. You can tell that she really cares about cats. My cat is elderly and has diabetes. Cheryl told me she was comfortable taking care of cats with needs and does not mind giving shots. The cost seemed to be reasonable (about $16/day) especially when you factor in that each cat gets his or her own bedroom and special attention. Unfortunately, plans changed for me so I ended up not needing to board my kitty but I will keep her on my reference list.

Cheryl watches our cat(s) when we are out of town. We will generally drop him off the day or night before we leave and pick him up the evening we get back in town.

When I first contacted Cheryl in 2008, I had two cats, one of which was diabetic. She was more than helpful taking care of him and being mindful of his care needs (meds and food). Since then we had to put him down but continue to bring our remaining cat when going out of town. Since having a baby, we haven't needed to bring him over very often, but when we do, I look forward to it. Its so nice to be able to bring him somewhere that the caretaker actually spends time with him. Most kennels just feed/water the pet. Cheryl will go into the room (yeah they get their own ROOM!) and spend time cuddling with the pets and making sure they get lots of attention in your absence. Cheryl is truly a great woman, and we love that she has become a part of our lives. Thank you!

Cheryl was great with our cat. We like to go on vacation and not worry about things. She even texted pictures while we were away. There isn't anywhere else we would go now that we found Cheryl. We will be going on vacation again in a couple months and already have reservations!

Things couldn't be easier. This is a nice home that has been set up to make your cat feel comfortable. The cost was about $20 a night and our cat got her own bedroom....not just a little cage like most places!

She gives my cat a room of her house. She plays with it and feeds it.

A friend referred us to her. We have used her several times now. It's a pretty good deal. She really likes cats. The pricing is really good for what you get.

We were having our floors redone, and our two cats couldn't stay in the house (nor could we :) ). We took a quick trip, the our two cats needed a place to stay. Cheryl has several rooms, most of which had 'residents' but she was able to 'fit us in' on short notice. The space wasn't ideal, but it was better for our guys than the vet. With a little more notice, there were wonderful places for them to visit. I would definitely use again if the need arises.
