    A horrid experience where these men stole my money, dignity and peace of mind. I will NEVER trust any salesman ever again. Honesty, fairness and quality are NOT what you will find here or at any DIOGARDI owned dealership... They're awful human beings. These scammers took over $3000 more from me without my knowledge! My first bill came in the mail and there was a $17,000+ loan on a KBB valued $12,000 car!!! At signing, the loan officer was mysteriously absent and the salesman was clueless. I signed papers with the sale price plus taxes, fees... NEVER saw an extra $3,000 tacked on anywhere for "extra coverage" which this certified car with less than 4,000 miles Did not need. It makes me sick every time I'm forced to pay this outrageous price for a car that sat so long the tires have pertinent indentations causing awful noises. Be careful what you sign!!!! PLEASE be smarter than me and do NOT trust these snakes... Id love to hear what marketplace mazda has to say to this. Two employees even admitted the deal was sneaky and unethical.

    Just purchased a brand new Lincoln MKX from them, a $50,000 debacle, it was a horrible experience that I plan on sharing with the web. Be very careful when dealing with Joe Cavallario, he is the consummate sleazy car salesmen. The experience was terrible. At the end of my sale, instead of thanking me for the purchase, he came over very excited and said "We have something very special for you" then I asked him what it was and he said "The boss just told me after I deliver your car, we can go home early" - I was floored! Had I not just signed the bank note, I would have cancelled on the spot. After doing some research I found out the car had $3000.00 in consumer rebates which they did not give to me or even tell me about, but I am sure they kept them for themselves. Now I am going to sue them for the entire cost of the car because they fraudulently induced me to buy the car. Advice from someone that just went through the experience with Cortese and Joe Cavallario Go buy anywhere else... (more to come all over the Internet).

    I traded my car in that they had serviced for years there at the dealership. The sales women I had was outstanding!
    She was just the kind of salesperson that I like. Very low keyed, very low pressure. Informative, knew her stuff, very professional.
    Absolutely did not pressure me and did not did not push me into the purchase at all. And that is why I ended buying the car from her.

    I took my car in to have it serviced and I told the service rep that I really wanted to look at the new models while I was there.
    I told him that I wanted to talk to a salesperson that was not high pressure.
    He took me over and introduced me to Melinda Theliuso. She helped me with the new car.

    DOAN DODGE-CHRYSLER-JEEP-RAM
    I took my 2011 GMC Terrain into Doan Dodge, the placed that
    I purchased the vehicle from for new brakes and tires. I have enjoyed my
    service at Doan Dodge until this experience. My oil changes for a set number
    had been purchased in the purchase and the experience was always fast and
    professional. However, when I needed new brakes, rotors and tires at their
    suggestion. I scheduled the appointment and the total cost came to about
    $1,100.00.
    I received this work on January 18, 2016 and spent about
    three weeks trying to get my service guy on the phone again. My tires were
    making a squealing noise when driving and it would go away when the brakes were
    applied. After leaving several voice messages and finally reaching somebody on
    the phone. I made them schedule an appointment.
    I told my husband that I knew their response ?Nothing is
    wrong and we can?t hear any squealing.? Of course my Terrain has been squealing
    for going on the past three months. It is embarrassing that friends can now
    hear me coming down the street and Doan Dodge has come to the conclusion that I?m
    making up the story.
    I will NEVER spend money at Doan Dodge because of this lack
    of customer service. The manager of the Service Department told me they were
    short staffed and that was the reason for the lack of communication. Then he
    told me that my service guy was out sick for what had to have been a month of
    me trying to schedule an appointment. If you have work completed by Doan Dodge,
    Good Luck getting a response to call and don?t bother leaving a voice message.

    They're okay but we won't buy Ford again. It has nothing to do with the oil change but it has to do with they don't honor their warranties. He was paying for the oil change but we had an issue with the car. They backed off the warranty like they were supposed to. We were paying out of our pocket. I won't deal with them anymore.

    I went to Dick Ide to lease my 2nd Honda and the experience was great. Note to everyone - buying a new car is stressful and a bit of a game - but as long as you know this going in it can be manageable and maybe even fun. I'm a car guy and I went in knowing what I wanted, what accessories I wanted, and how much I was willing to pay. I went in after work and over the course of a few hours hammered down the price to where I wanted it and got everything I want at the price I wanted. Free Wi-Fi and coffee at the dealership and I believe they just remodeled their show room recently as well. Service department is alright, it's a dealership after all. Sales staff is attentive but you need to push back on them or else you'll get bulldozed. Also went in to get splash guards installed (I bought parts online for 30% of the cost of same parts from dealer) and they installed them for $30 in about an hour. Dealerships don't have to be scary and Dick Ide is so good even my baby sister got her new car there and she's not the haggler that I am and she got a good deal as well.

    The owner is also the salesman and he is very friendly. He has been in business for over 30 years. He gets good cars. He is knowledgeable. They are specialists in Volkswagens and Audis. If you take your car for service, their labor rate is $69 an hour,  a dealer costs around $100. They have the same training and equipment the dealers do. They have been doing it for so long that they know where the problems are and don't waste time looking for things.

    I had received a card from O'Connor Chevrolet for " one free complimentary oil change" .
    It was not honored.
    They took care me though; were very nice; and change my oil at a reasonable price (25 dollars).

    Small Potatoes?
    Maybe, but it still annoyed me because I went out of my way to go there.

    I recently purchased a vehicle from Henderson Ford, and I cannot be more pleased that I decided to go here first during my search! Our Sales Consultant was Will Page. To say that he was absolutely amazing, is such an understatement! Will was extremely personable and easy to talk to. He went above and beyond to assist us in getting the vehicle that we wanted that SAME DAY! Will kept us completely informed during each stage of the process, and although we spent about 7 hours there, it seemed to just fly by. He was extremely patient & knowledgable in answering every single question that we had (and trust me, there were a lot). He explained everything in extreme detail, and ensured that we understood everything fully. Even a few weeks later, I had a question about something and called Will. He answered my questions & ensured me that I could call anytime. Will has such a warm & welcoming personality. He is absolutely amazing! We will be back to see Will for our future vehicle purchases!

    Originally went to purchase a used Forte. After delivery, discovered this car did not have cruise control. returned car, worked a deal on a new Soul with cruise using the same trade-in. After some reconsideration on the trade-in, used another vehicle for trade. Paperwork needed to be re-done, deal re-done, trade-in value re-done. All done quickly and professionally. Sales rep was Brian Salamone, General Manager Kristian Mathewson. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!!!
