    FETZNER COLLISION INCORPORATED
    There were two areas of damage on my bumper; one to be covered by insurance and another I would have to pay for. Frank Fetzner was so frenzied and in such a hurry he confused which was which multiple times. Frank promised that my car would be completed in two business days. When I called Fetzners two days after leaving my car, the guy answering the call laughed at the notion I thought the car would be ready and stated they were waiting on a part that had been ordered. It took 7 days before the car was ready. I could have been ok with that, but I shouldn't have been lied to about when the car ACTUALLY would be ready. Fetzners completed the car repair just one hour before they closed for the 4 day Thanksgiving holiday - at a time I was at work and could not pick it up. Since the car was ready that day, my rental was due. Since I could not pick it up due to being at work and Fetzner's being closed for the next 4 days, I was on the hook for paying for the rental vehicle. They had given me a large luxury SUV, a vehicle I never would have choosen my frugal self, and it would be rather expensive. My insurance representative had been in touch with me about when the car would be ready. She told me that although Fetzners was officially closed over the 4 day weekend, Frank had told her he would be in the office Friday, and as long as I paid in advance over the phone for my part of the repair, he would come out and give me the keys to my car on Friday and I could leave the rental vehicle. After Fetzners called to tell me the car was ready one hour before they closed, I spoke with Frank. He openly admitted that he had told my insurance representative that he would be there to give me the key to my car, but now he was saying that he probably would not. I questioned him on backing out of a promise he had made and he went into a rage, shouting and yelling that the business had a right to be closed for the holiday. I completely agree that they have a right to close for the Thanksgiving holiday. The issue is Frank lied about when my car would be ready, then lied that he would allow me to pick it up that Friday. Had I been given more accurate information, I could have made plans for all of this. It's also an issue that Frank yelled and screamed at me over the phone when I was calling him out on promising one thing then falling through. Fetzners seems highly concerned with impressing my insurance company, but as far as respect for or service to the customer, forget it.

    Guy i met was rude my truck was damaged by wind storm on Wednesday afternoon so i went to get estimates and told i needed 3 for insurance company and they were going with lowest price. He said we WON'T be that and to bring in the other estimates. To compare their prices ����������������

    Emerson staff were amazing. They were friendly, patient and understanding about my new car being damaged. They explained everything in detail and kept me informed every step of the way, including daily text messages with pictures of how the repair was progressing! The quality of the work was excellent and my car was done when they said it would be done. I highly recommend!

    They were very good. I guess they were about average on price, I didn���t really compare too much. I had my insurance company pay for it, so I didn���t worry about it too much. Their service was very excellent. Their responsiveness to any questions that I had, they were very good. I was very impressed with them. They did great work. The cleaned, they washed and vacuumed my entire car before they gave it back to me. I thought that was really nice. They even put a flower in it, which I actually read online as well that they did do that. They took my car for a few days. I don���t remember about the punctuality. They didn���t extend the time though, they finished it when they said they would. They were very professional. They were very impressive when they did the work. I even wrote in about them. They were really good.

    My insurance paid for most of it. It took them 3 days to complete the service. Before the repairs were made, they told me what they were going to do. When they got it apart, they noticed other things that they would take care of. It looked fine when I picked it up but once it got dirty, I could see that the seam didn't align perfectly. They offered to correct it, but I said it was fine.

    Unbelievably well!! I used to paint cars and do body work, so my expectations were very high, even if it was just a minivan. I stopped in for an estimate from Mark, and had a firm price within 15 minutes that was less than half of the estimate from another shop in the area. Of course I was a little worried that he had to be cutting corners to be so much cheaper, but as I looked around the shop and saw how efficiently the shop was being run, I took a chance. The car was done within 4 days, freshly painted and washed, and the work was excellent, even to my standards. It's now a year after the repairs, and the paint and work has held up beautifully. This shop is a hidden gem. Check it out! I refer all my friends there. If you see how many cars are on his lot in a given day or week, you'll understand how many satisfied customers Mark has. Outstanding customer service and attention to detail.

    The absolute worse quality and service I could imagine. It took 3 weeks and $7000 for the repair. When I went to pick up the car, the service manager had taken my rental car keys, and then mentioned the headlight didn't work and I should take it to the dealer for further repair. After my strong objection, he agreed to repair the headlight or take it to the dealer. 3 days later, they again told me the car was ready. When I pushed on the fender, it moved away from the hood. The service managers explanation: Oh, that needs a new bracket. One more day and I picked up the car with no idea of what other problems are hidden.

    Our family has used Mark's services before & as usual,  the whole process went very smoothly.  We took the car to him for an estimate.  The estimate was very fair and he said we could keep the car & he would  order the bumper and get it painted .  We could then bring the car in and  get the bumper installed and he would do the rest of the work.  The result was this reduced the time we were without the car (2 days)  & the job was outstanding.

    After receiving an estimate from my insurance company, I took my car to Advantage Body Shop to get their estimate.
    I turned out that they could do the job for several hundred dollars less than what the insurance Co. had estimated. In the end that meant that they almost totally eliminated my $500.00 deductible. The car was scheduled to go in first thing on Monday Nov 30th. There were no delays. When I dropped it off the manager told me it would be ready Wednesday afternoon and he would call me.
    At about 2:10PM on Wednesday the manager called and told me the car was finished. I went out to pick it up and found everything I had asked for had been done and the work was of excellent quality. The car looks like it is brand new. Not only did they fix the damage but also touched up some minor scratches without any additional charge. In all, they did an outstanding job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

    Dropped the truck off on 10/20, in the morning and picked it up on 10/21 in the early afternoon, just as promised.  Job was handled professionally and looked great.  Was super satisfied with both the results and the fair price for the work.  Dan is outstanding and a really niceuy to do business with.
