Very excellent, Rudy the owner is outstanding, he knows his stuff backwards and forwards.. Any work they have done for me in the last 5 years I have had no problems with. Not the cheapest, but does the best work for the price.

Jose Ordonez Auto Repair & Body Shop
The mechanics at Jose Ordonez auto repair quickly knew the problem, it had to do with the lifters inside the engine and they finished the job in 2 days. I did not have to change the engine and it was half the price of replacing the engine with a rebuilt engine.

    Five Z's Auto Repair Inc
I had taken my car to the dealership to have them handle a recall issue with my gas tank.  The dealership did not put all the parts back on so that when I left all the gas ran out of my car.  I then took it to Five Z's to figure out what happened and they were able to completely fix it. No issues after they worked on it.  To me they're the best mechanics!  Everyone they recommend to me is great also and it always goes smooth with them.

I took in on a Saturday because my rear wheels were banging with a loud noise and dragging and I felt I couldn't drive my car safely. It was frightening and I had never experienced something like this before. They said they were very busy and couldn't look at it on Sat. but they said to bring it in anyway.  By 10:00 Monday morning Tommy was calling me with a diagnosis and a quote.  I gave them the ok to fix it.  I had it back by Tuesday night running as smoothly as if it were brand new, it's a 2003!  I'm very happy with their work and I feel like they treat my car like it was their own.  I feel safe after they work on it. That is worth any price to me.  I have been going here for years and will continue.

Jack is the owner and I've been going to them for 30 years. I don't own my own care anymore, I lease so I only go to them in an emergency but they've always been very reliable and honest. I think their price were reasonable and whatever they charge is pretty much the going rate. They take you as soon as they can. They are very professional and we also discuss wine tasting so there's more to it than just auto mechanics.

Went very well. Left car in AM, asked when I should call to check.
Got call telling me about problems found, price quoted.
Work done, picked up car in early PM.
When I double-checked, found that at least one item stated as
    fixed had been.

He is the nicest, most honest guy.  Being a woman I assume I am going to be shafted, but he isn’t a jerk like that.  Other places quoted me $550 for just the front shocks, but he did all of them for $600.  I dropped my car off at night and he called me that night to say it was ready.  I wasn’t expecting for it to be done so he held it for me for an extra day.  I met him through my old mechanic and the first time I used him it was just so cheap.  I have been with him for about a year now

    Norris Acura West
I've been going to Norris since we got the MDX in 2004. The car has been very reliable and has about 90k miles. I've been getting mostly regular synthetic oil changes at Norris. The only major work we had done on it was a full brake job in 2007 at 42k miles. I thought this was premature.
But now the car is getting older and needs more maintenance. I took it in to get the latest oil change and they came up with $2,700 worth of needed maintenance!!! At this point I knew I needed a second opinion. I found a highly rated shop on Angie's list in Elkridge and took it there for the work. First of all they didn't think I needed all the work that Norris recommended. I got a full brake job with rotor replacement for less then it would've cost me at Norris to just get the pads replaced.
All the work Norris did for us was good, never had to go back for what they did. They are just way too expensive. I always had the feeling that they were trying to and quot;padand quot; the repair recommendations. I never walked out of there without some kind of recommended flush for $135.

Took car to local dealer for synthetic oil change. I knew I needed a brake job, but as they always do, they found a total of $2,700 worth of repairs: front pads-$340, rear pads-$340, (just pads no rotors!) side engine mount $350, front engine mount $480, side engine mount $350, brake fluid flush $135, power steering flush $135, 90k service $600.
I needed a second opinion so I looked at Angie's list and found FAE. Brian recommended, front rotors and pads, rear pads, front and right side motor mounts. Total estimate $1,085. Definitely cheaper than the dealer. Dropped off the car in the morning, called about the car in the afternoon, told me it was ready. Steve told me the final price over the phone but said that they didn't do the front engine mount which they didn't do. He said that I didn't need it, but a few days before Brian said that I did. ??? I then reminded him that the price he gave me included the front engine mount. He had to go back and reduce the cost by about $250. Cost for brakes was very good, cost for engine mount - same as dealer.
Overall satisfied with service, will go again. The difference of opinion about the engine mounts, even between owners, only shows you that not everything is black and white when it comes to cars.

    Wurtzer's Garage
I was coming up from Deep Creek when my engine started to run rough then the engine light came on. I pulled over and looked under the hood. I didn't see anything obvious. The engine temp, oil and electrical were reading normal so I decided to continue driving. Got home ok and called Wurtzer's Wed to have him look at it. Told me to come in on Monday. Took the truck in. Called him back on Tuesday AM to find out the problem was the #4 coil. They also replaced the spark plug as part of their process.
