    I called Steve on Monday 3/7 to repair my gas  oven wall unit, he asked if Tuesday 3/8 in the AM was acceptable, he would call Tuesday AM to provide a service call time, which he did, arrived at the agreed time. Steve analyzed the problem, he had the replacement part in his truck, replaced a defective gas igniter without a problem, provided a guarantee. Steve acted in a very professional manner, I am more than satisfied with his service, would gladly use and recommend his service.

He basically had it running like new at a great price too. I liked everything about the service. They're very personable and punctual. The price was right.     After years of working perfectly fine, my refrigerator began to freeze everything that was placed into it--not just the items in the freezer.  This happened even when placed on the lowest setting.  I saw the reviews for Steve's Appliance Repair and called.  Steve answered promptly and said that he would try to arrive that day but mentioned that he was very busy that morning.  He took my number and said he would call back later in the day.  When he called back, he said he was on his way.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and made some suggestions that he felt might remedy the problem without the need to order a new part. He said to give it a couple of days and if the problem persisted, he would order the part.  Steve called me the next day & the day after that to inquire of the status.  By that time, the refrigerator was again operating normally.  Steve's suggestions saved me the added expense of purchasing a new part.   
    Steve demonstrated a high level of customer focus.  He was prompt, helpful, honest and informative.  I would definitely use his services again.

    it went absolutely better then i could of thought he not only came the first time and got it working but when it stopped shortly after he came the second time and got it working and even waived the fee. all in all it was a great experience i would recommend to anyone looking to repair and appliance and anyone looking for a great repair at a good price by an honest repairman.

    After trying to go with Sears to repair our Kenmore dryer for TWO WEEKS, and dealing with Sear's incompetency (kept rescheduling on us), we found Steve on Angie's List.  He arrived the same day we called, as he squeezed us in at the end of his work day, knew exactly what parts needed to be replaced by just hearing the problem I was having over the phone, arrived, fixed it and that was that.
    I would recomend Steve to anyone in a heartbeat.  I am overly satisfied with him and his work.  You NEVER usually get a repair man the same day you call, but Steve came to my rescue.  Thank you, Steve.

    Our dishwasher was doing an increasingly bad job of cleaning the dishes, and soap tray wouldn't even empty. I called Eddie. From the moment I left a message with him, he returned all calls promptly, was always courteous, stayed in touch while we negotiated/changed dates for him to come over (he had to make two trips), etc.
    Once we'd scheduled a visit, he arrived promptly, was friendly and professional and soon diagnosed the problem as a faulty pump. He ordered the new pump, calling as soon as it came in to arrange for coming back and installing it. Everything went extremely smoothly and our dishwasher is working beautifully now. The entire transaction was pleasant and professional from beginning to end. His price seemed extremely reasonable, given that it included purchasing an expensive part. 
    I will definitely call him back if I need another appliance repair.

    The water dispenser started to work an hour after the service person left and it continued to work for a day or two after. After that, the line must have re-frozen at some point, because it?s been blocked ever since.
    The service man arrived on time and he was neat and professional. He was not able to permanently fix the issue, but that is due more to our model of fridge than this service visit.

    I had been having trouble with my clothes dryer for about a week.  I purchased one of the big deals on an appliance repair.  When I contacted Ed, he spoke to me at lenght regarding the problem I was having.  He suggested that my husband take the dryer vent off and cleaning it out.  It was a few days before my husband was able to do this but after he did, the dryer seemed tobe working again.  Ed called me again a few days later and I told him that it seemed to be working.  I also told him that I was going to have my husband put a new dryer vent hose on it over the weekend.  Ed told me that with the problem I was having with the dryer not drying my clothes properly this is what the problem is a lot of times.  He really tried to make sure that I didn't have to spend money that I didn't need to.  I really appreciated this.  I told Ed that I would see how the dryer worked over the next few weeks and if I was still having a problem then he would come to the house to look at the dryer.  It seems to be working good now.  Overall Ed was very professional and seemed to be able to solve my problem over the phone.  If I have any more problems I would definately call him again.
