  • I have used them for service, and maintenance plan since I moved in here in 2007. I have used them for ten years. I am very satisfied with them. Matter of fact they replaced my hot water heater. They do it all. they are great. The guys who come in are very knowledgeable, and personable. They are good about the regular appointments on the service plan. Which is great. I can put a reminder on my calendar, but I don't have to. They are that good. I went with an high end unit, because I wanted to put in here. I would say competitively, its competitive on price concern. The price was the next grade up on the system being put in. I think I got a good package deal to buy the whole system. The price looks high to people. I don't think they realize how much it cost .Everyone gets too caught up on the cost, and not what they actually need for what you have in the house. There was an Lennox in here before, but it was a small unit. I needed the next system up to efficiently heat and cool the house. The amount of savings I have in the heating and cooling bill is the new system in. Its a big difference. When we did a blower fan replacement on the old unit, they recommended an variable fan, and putting that in cut my cost overall. I am putting a lot of money in it right now, but both the units I will recoup the money, and then some. There are some rebates for the state. I was able to get $900 for rebates for energy efficient units. I was under the expiration date. I couldn't claim the federal tax. They gave me the information on programs that is out there, to get money back. Not all companies will do that. They give you a full free year of service contract, when you put in an new unit.

  • Poorly. The tech who visited pitched an overpriced fix (replacing our unit). If we went with it, we would have been ~$4k in the hole. We had a second company check out our unit and he said that the capacitor needed to be replaced and the freon should have been topped off... $350. We spent $150 and got nothing out of it.

  • Excellent. Todd was able to visit the same day we called. He was able to immediately diagnose the problem, had the parts on hand, and did the repair right then and there. Cost was very reasonable and we're back in business with AC. Our only regret is that we didn't call him sooner!

  • Work done was very poor and service was very poor.  New high efficiency furnace was to be
    installed.  They attempted to install the furnace in February 2014.  However, after taking apart the existing furnace, they realized that I had a deck on the back of my house and had nowhere to vent the furnace.  So they reinstalled the existing furnace and left.  I had the work done to clear a path for the vent pipes and they came back in July and installed the new furnace.  They couldn?t install the spaceguard Air purifier that I was quoted for because apparently there wasn?t enough room.  They left the condensation line to drain outside near the AC.  The line froze in the winter and I had water in the basement. They came in and redirected the condensation line to the sump pump. 
    I spoke to the owner who assured me that they would take care of me when I needed a new AC unit installed.  A representative came out and took a look at the air conditioner and told me he would get back to me with a quote.  Two weeks later I called and the
    representative who had apparently forgot about me and had not done any work on getting a quote for me.  So much for
    being taken care of.  Enough is enough.  I am getting another contractor to do the AC install.  Lousy work, lousy service.

  • A man showed up and looked at my furnace, he confirmed that I had already replaced my filter.  He was here for less than 30 minutes and left.  He stated everything was fine and left.  I guess I was expecting him to be more informative as to what he checked and maybe more thorough.  It made me feel like I had paid $69.00 for someone to tell me that I had already changed my filter and therefor everything was fine.

  • I was very impressed. The plumber was polite and wore protective coverings on his shoes and also put down drop cloth where he worked. I was going to use roto rooter until I compared the reviews on both companies. this was an easy decision and I was not disappointed.

  • I was extremely disappointed with this experience.  We had a similar issue last year and were generally happy with service experts.  This time the inducer for the burner was not spinning correctly and kept stopping, even if you got it spinning fast and the burner firing (i.e. you'd get 10 seconds of heat then the inducer would die).  We assumed this was the issue but brought in a professional to be sure.
    Technician came in on time, promptly diagnosed the problem, jimmied with the inducer and got it to fire off once, after which it promptly froze up again.  Saying he wanted to be sure I had an interim solution...he then left, saying I should just poke at the inducer when it stopped (again, it stopped like every 10 seconds of heating, but fine).
    The visit was $99, a bit expensive but not outrageous - but he left me a quote to put in a new inducer - >$500, which seemed a little steep.  So I asked if he could give me a breakdown of labor vs. hardware, since swapping that part out is about 5 minutes of work (literally, I'd done it several times as part of troubleshooting this).  He couldn't/wouldn't.  I asked if there was any reason not to do it myself and he said the hardware would be hard to find.
    Initiailly I was going to bite the bullet and go with their service, but I was actually able to clean up the existing inducer enough to get it reliable for hours at a time, so it became less urgent.  I then found the new inducer on amazon for $150(I got a slightly more expensive one at $190 that had expedited shipping).  I had it here in 2 days and installed it this morning in 4 minutes.  So basically, they were going to charge me >$500 for a part that can be bought on resale for $150 and 5 minutes of work.  
    I had initially thought fairly well of service experts after my experience last year (broken fan rather than inducer), but this price gouging has opened my eyes.  Recommend you check any hardware they recommend via resale, since they won't tell you what labor/hardware you're paying, and you might be unpleasantly surprised.

  • They're pretty good. My husband came home and it was in the wintertime and there was no heat so we called the night service guy and over the phone, the guy troubleshot it for him to get it going and that was like the best thing ever. It was so important to us and he could have easily just said, "Okay. I'll be out there. It's gonna cost you 200 dollars." He was unbelievable.

  • I have been using them for 12 years. They have done a great job in repairs through the service agreement. They have done a great job installing the furnace and central air. They did one mistake when they serviced my air conditioner. The water pump wasn't plugged back in leading to my carpeting fixed. 98% of the time they do a good job.

  • fine,however response for estimates for new furnace was patchy
    past experience over several years was very good but they seem to have had personnel changes not use them anymore
