DPumpkin Hill Farm Lawn CareHired Pumpkin Hill to hydro seed my lawn......I expected to have nice green grass after but, instead I have a bunch of bare spots & Jason, the guy from Pumpkin Hill, just made it seem like I was being a nuisance every time I tried to address this with him! As it was, I called him & left him a voicemail....I never heard back from him & after a week & a half I called him back & left ANOTHER voicemail & when he finally got back to me, he acted like I was a huge bother to him!! He was extremely rude on the phone, so I ended up telling him not to come back & that I would have to hire someone else to fix what he did!! VERY rude & VERY unprofessional!! I only called him twice & he made me feel like I was a total bother to him.....as a customer, that’s not a good feeling!! Would NOT recommend!!- Shayla W.

AThat Handy AndyI contacted Andy to power wash the house and deck, as well as for some deck repair and spring yard cleanup. Andy was fairly priced, and great to work with. He was reliable and dependable, and also communicated in a timely fashion, which was important given that my project was for a rental property in a different state. And he did a GREAT job! He made the whole process really easy. I'd highly recommend Andy as I'd definitely hire him again myself when the need arises.- Cara D.

AThe Lawn Care Co.Dave Whitbeck showed up on time for the initial consultation in May. I selected him out of three very similarly priced quotes. He appeared very honest and easy to work with. We put everything in writing in a contract including a one year guarantee on all trees. He gave me a 3-4 week lead time for scheduling. He showed up the week in June he had promised and completed all work to my satisfaction. All costs were as agreed with no over charges. I have since hired him again for some additional work. ABryan was so easy to work with, friendly and conscientious. He's done a great job cleaning out the basement, which would have taken me so much longer on my own. We have a cat allergic to mold and mites, so it's great for her but we're all breathing easier. I'll definitely keep him in mind for other projects.

FThe septic tank was not installed properly and water would not exit the tank. The septic backed up into the house twice immediately following the install requiring emergency pumping. Kai came to fix the poor installation, noting it was an installation problem, but did not repay me for the pumping bills caused by his poor workmanship ($740). In addition, Kai promised to redirect water at the top of my driveway, but did not and he has not come back to complete the work. I notified Kae of both of these issues in writing and he will not respond. Kai was easy to buy from, buy hard to work with. I would not recommend his work to anyone.
