    WNY Immediate Care
I was quickly greeted by the receptionist and filled out the necessary paperwork, and waited about 45 minutes to be seen. A nurse did my vitals and history, then I waited for the doctor. The doctor examined my hand and ordered an x-ray. Turns out I had broken the finger (no kidding), they prescribed some prescription pain meds, bandaged me up and told me to get a referral from my primary to an ortho. After leaving I went to a 24-hour pharmacy to fill the script. The pharmacist told me that the painkiller could cause a reaction with meds I was already on (and reported during my history). At that point WNY Immediate Care was closed, so it was ibuprofen for me until the next day. The ortho didn't seem too impressed with their work either. She drained the fluid buildup underneath what was left of my nail and gave me supplies to change the bandages regularly. I might return to them, but next time I might just try the emergency room.

WNY Immediate Care - Orchard Park
It was a good experience. The co-pay was a bit steep but I was quickly able to take care of the problem without waiting to get into the Dr's office. If needed, I would easily go there again.

    WNY Immediate Care
I have gone to a few of the WNY Immediate Care locations. Basically they are all the same. They offer immediate care for Emergencies. I pay my $20 co-payment just like a Doctor's visit. I don't have anything negative about them, I was pleased. Nobody was nasty. If you are in need of immediate care I would go to them before I would go to any Emergency Hospital. They are quicker, if you have to wait it may be 2-3, 10 - 15 minutes. But you are in and out. It is not 10 hours wait - it is very, very quick. It is a walk-in so they are always available.

    MedFirst S.O.S. Spine/Occupational/Sports
We went on a walk-in basis in the evening, and they were prompt, competent, and caring. They evaluated her, gave her IV fluids and some anti-nausea medicine, plus a script for more. She felt a lot better by the time she left. From past experience, I know we were seen, treated, and released in the time the emergency room would have taken to just call her from the waiting room.

    MedFirst S.O.S. Spine/Occupational/Sports
I was so happy with them and they were so helpful that I let everyone I know in Buffalo about this place. It?s so nice that you can go there instead of an emergency room. I was in and out the door within 25 minutes and I was thrilled. It took longer for the pharmacy to fill my prescription than it did for the doctors at Medfirst to help me. The intake nurse was so helpful and professional and he had plenty of emergency room experience.
