I contacted Andy to power wash the house and deck, as well as for some deck repair and spring yard cleanup. Andy was fairly priced, and great to work with. He was reliable and dependable, and also communicated in a timely fashion, which was important given that my project was for a rental property in a different state. And he did a GREAT job! He made the whole process really easy. I'd highly recommend Andy as I'd definitely hire him again myself when the need arises.

Good. They were on time, quick and perfectionists. Any small oversights (remember these guys were doing this the first time without instructions from me) can be worked out next time. I will definitely have the guys back, and highly recommend that you consider them for your next snow clearing job.

Tractor still not running correctly so I ordered a new float and replaced it myself. Still not running correctly. I found a new carburetor online ($ 200.00) and ordered it and replaced it and now it runs as before any problems. I think they lost a part or broke a diaphragm when they cleaned the carburetor on the first service. They kept calling me and telling I owed them for the float kit that I had paid by check and had the canceled check, they finally gave up after I told them I had the canceled check and gave them the date it was deposited in their account. If they had not touched the carburetor in the first place all would have been fine.

Next time I will use Emerich, if I need some service that I can't do myself because of temps or lack of knowledge or tools required

They showed up early, brought 3 guys, and the owner showed up with them verified what we were going to do and took off while the 3 guys did their work. They did everything they said they would, and cleaned all the junk from the branches and whatnot up after they were done. When they were finished, the owner came back and checked it out and made sure I was happy with the service, then they packed up and got out of here. I am very happy with the work they did, and will defiantly call them again if I need them in the future.

After agreeing to the estimate, I hadn't heard from Martin so I contacted him for an exact date to schedule the work.   He was available the next workday (a Monday), and scheduled the work for the morning.  However, on Sunday evening he called me to explain that they would be delayed until mid-day Monday due to an emergency.  That was fine with me and they showed up right on time.  It was a brutally hot and humid day, so we agreed to just get some of the tree trimming accomplished on Monday and they would return early the next morning to complete the work.  Martin estimated that they would be done in an hour.  Frankly, I didn't beleive that all the work required could possibly be done that fast -- but I was wrong!

They arrived by 7am and immediately got started.  The work involved getting a crane down my narrow driveway to remove the two trees from my backyard. I really appreciated that the crew (who were very professional throughout) were very careful to not damage the driveway or my fence.  They laid down wood planking where necessary to steady the crane and got started on the back hedge and the two trees.  While they were setting up to remove the first tree, I went inside the house to take some medicine and have a quick, light breakfast.  By the time I returned to watch them do their work (no more than 3 minutes), they had already removed the first tree and were guiding it thru their wood chipper!  Amazing.

I then watched the entire process for the removal of the second tree and was quite impressed with the entire crew's precision and coordination.  There was no "down" time for anyone.  While a few were trimming the hedge, others were hauling away the debris to the wood chipper which was operated by others in the crew.  Still others were cleaning up any residue/debris left behind.  All-in-all, in about one hour the work was done.  Except for the missing tree and the much, much lower hedge that remained, you'd never guess that they were ever there.

The icing on the cake is that the final price was slightly LESS than estimated.  Great job overall!

Matt came out a couple of times before we decided to go with his company to do measurements and discuss what the process would involve. We found him very friendly, professional and seemed to really be concerned about what we wanted as a finished product.
We were provided a quote that was agreed upon and the product was ordered. When we signed the contract to have the job done, we were asked for a 50% deposit. I had always been instructed not go give anyone money down before the job was completed, however I went against this advise and did give the deposit. There were no issues with this and the job was done as agreed.
We are very happy with our new wall, the only disappointment is that it seemed as the job was coming to conclusion that the focus shifted somewhat from our job to what was happening next (the next job, I guess).
It seemed at this point that there was a little let down in the attention to detail. For example each block was to be placed and glued. There were a few blocks that never seemed to get any glue and were just sitting there unsecured. Matt did come back and glue the ones missed, but I just discovered another one that I will be purchasing glue to secure myself.
Overall ver happy with the wall, and would probably use Matt again in the future.

The entire back and side of my yard was covered in weeds. They killed everything, installed a sprinkler system, planted new grass, installed stone, and installed a new fence. It looks beautiful! I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone else doing a larger project.

Rodney Park and his partner took down a 75-100 ft maple tree in my back yard.  The back yard area is tight with little room to fell a tree of this height because of the pool and they cut the tree down in parts and did zero damage to the surrounding area, shed and grass.  They came and cut it down; took it out to my driveway area; put it in a chipper and ground it up; and cleaned up the entire area perfectly.  Start to finish it to 90 minutes.  Great job.

So i got the tractor back and he tells me it needs a starter . I saying this is BS to bad he all ready had my check and left. Never replaced the switch carb kit is 30  DOLLARS takes 30 min. to put in. So I got a new starter put in nothing does not even turn over so we jump out Starter does not start at all before where it did. On top of all that the guy try to start a fight with me in my door yard when I questioned him about the tractor and the work he did has made no attempt to fix the situation what so ever. This guy is a strait up crook

Went well. Removed tree which was located in back yard. Crane located in front. No damage to front lawn or house. Very professional, efficient and courteous. Probably 1 1/2 hours from arrival to departure - included all clean up. Would definitely use again.
