AUniverse Home ServicesSince this was an emergency (we were concerned that the pipe might crack with no support) we went with Universe as that was the first company we contacted. The service manager (Tommy) sent over a tech (Nick) within 2 hours. Nick proceeded to remove 20ft of old pipe and replaced with new PVC and new support straps. The job took about 5 hours including the assessment and cleanup. The service was performed very professionally. We did pay $2,700, which we feel was a quite high for 5 hours of work. But, since we didn't get competing bids we can't complain.- Richard L.

AChoice Home WarrantyIt went well company informed me upfront that service tech called in sic and work delayed one day. tech arrived 2nd day, evaluated and recommended replacement base on non repairability and age of dishwasher. Tech was absolutely professional, knowledgable - took photos for description to Choice. Choice has been fair on each service call we've requested, more economic and a better crew of responsive service people. Choice is an easy "choice" over competitors. Very pleased. AAppliance MasterDonny arrived right on time, both visits. He assessed the problem quickly and returned within about a week with the new part. Repair was accomplished very quickly and the oven has been working great since the repair at the end of Dec. 2020. Donny and his assistant were both very nice and totally professional. AThe diagnostic cost was the best one quoted by far. Two very nice and courteous repair men showed up as scheduled but still surprisingly fast. They quickly diagnosed my 11 yr old fridge not cooling issue and quoted a great price and we were done within an hour. The repair price beat house call fees I’ve had in the past so I recommend Francisco’s service. Thanks!

AHarmond was very knowledgeable and understood this model. He looked at the situation and found that a service bulletin was issued for this model, which three previous repair in-person repair technicians had not told me about. He diagnosed the problem as requiring a new kit to replace the main PCB control board and the display board. He gave me the OEM part number. I highly recommend Neli Virtual Appliance Repair, my first virtual repair experience. Cost $35. I would do it again. Took 15-20 minutes to install app and pay at start of appt.
