    They are very good. They have a lot of technicians but they have their manager that will speak to you and will tell you what's the problem with the car. There's a lot of mechanics there but there's one lady who tell you this is the problem and they are going to show you and they are going to drag you there and show you what's really the problem like they will take you to your car and show you that this is what's going on. If you're there waiting they will drag you and they will show you the car and show you your car so you can take a look at the problem with your car so they are not lying and telling something. They wear professional clothing. I would use it again.

    Since this is a consumer driven business, this dealer needs to respect and respond to the consumer. We had an issue about the money due us for the trade in of our car for a newly leased Subaru. Our salesperson was less than responsive to our calls to fulfill his committment once the lease papers were signed. He didn't return calls and admittedly screened our calls. We emailed three of the sales managers and left a voicemail (apparently, no one except the receptionist actually answers the phone) for a business manager. No one, not one, emailed or called back. We finally met with one manager who claimed that he's too busy to answer or follow up on emails. We had hoped to enjoy our Subaru having read and heard so many good reports about the brand. But this experience with lack of customer communication and respect has soured us. We will not recommend, return to, or even seek service at Hassett (Ford/Lincoln) Subaru. More briefly, Hassett: Be attentive to your customers. Answer calls without sending them to voicemail. Respond to emails. Follow up and do what you say you will do or at least make acceptable arrangements. You are a customer-driven business, after all.

    I have been going to Huntington Honda since I bought my car in 2/2011.  I always wait for the car and have never been there more than 1 1/2 hours.  You just drive up & they take the car - no sitting in traffic on line like I used to do in Hempstead & Valley Stream.

    He does a good job. His work is superior. The paint doesn't peel. The car doesn't look like it's been in an accident. The experience was excellent. They were responsive and punctual. I will use them again.

    The tow truck was here within 20 minutes (I was told it would be here in 25!). The man who changed the tire was very nice and polite. He did it very quickly and we were all set in no time! And he did not even try to pressure me to use his service station to fix the tire. He just showed me where a nail had gotten into the tire and told me it could be fixed. I later drove the car to our usual mechanic (Brendan's Service Station in Flushing...also a great auto service provider), who fixed it the same day.

    We've used this service station for years because they are extremely reliable, trustworthy and reasonably priced. Yesterday was a good example of that. I called yesterday morning to see if they could fix the tire that day and was told they could. We brought the car and tire into the station in the morning. A few hours later they called and told me it was ready. I said I needed a ride there to pick it up and they said "no problem." The cost for all that...$16!!
    Of course, we've had other repairs that cost much more, but we know we're not being ripped off and we're always treating politely and with respect. And we respect their opinions.
    I highly recommend this very professional auto service station.

    We've used them before and they are very professional. They always help guide me through how to work with my car insurance company regarding claims and deductibles. They do an excellent job and the car looked great after it was repaired. The work we've had done in the past has taken 3-5 days to complete.

    The service is good but I don’t like the rebate system there because it has to be done online.  When I try to do it online, it doesn’t let me so then I have to mail it in, which I don’t like.  They are too over priced unless they offer on a deal.  I would use them only if there is a sale or offer.

    It's excellent. They do superb work. They are pricey, but they do superb body work. They do exceptional work. I have taken vehicles to them off and on for years. I didn't pay as the person paid for the damage caused, but they do work with all the insurance companies. If people go through the insurance companies like I do because I don't have problems with the insurance, but there are a lot of people who do have problems with insurance and they don't want to make claims because they don't want their insurance doing more than they can pay so they pay up and that happens quite frequently if it's a minor thing and that's what happened to me this time. I would've imagined that the person thought that it was a little high, but they paid it. Their quality is A number one because they seem to use the parts for the vehicle in question. They don't find something in a junk shop and try and pass it on to people. They always go for an A number one stuff and they are just excellent. One would never know that their car was in an accident or had a problem after they finish with it. I've known them for years and I've never had problems with their responsiveness. They are very professional because they know what they are doing. I haven't gone to anybody and I know that I have recommended that people take any vehicle they need to have them repaired there. They don't do stuff under the hood. They do cosmetic body work and that's their specialty and they do that extremely well.

    I have probably been going there about ten years. I am absolutely completely happy with the service I have received there. They are very honest, which is important for a woman. My whole family does go there. They are very accommodating, and they never talk down to you. I feel very comfortable taking my car there.
