    Imperial Appliance Repair Inc
This was my second time utilizing the services of Imperial Appliance Repair. Dino was very knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. The first time was for my oven, and the next time for my refrigerator. I was impressed with Dinos promptness and ability to pinpoint the problem and expertly repair the appliances both times. I highly recommend this company.

    Late Appliance Repair
Pablo, the proprietor, got our machine up and running within hours after I first called him. Out of the three repair outfits I had called that morning he was the only one who could commit to an appointment on the phone, and he arrived punctually in several hours at the agreed-upon time. It took him little time to diagnose the problem, then he set about fixing it, and the total fee was very reasonable.

    D&M Appliance Repair Corporation
Daniel arrived when expected; was professional, friendly and (without a hint of brusqueness) was about getting the diagnosis done. I watched him work (as I do with most repair people who come to the house) from start to finish. It was clear. He knew what he was doing. Though he had to work in an extremely small space, he managed to get under the machine to see what he needed to in order to tell me what was wrong. As it turned out, the washer was on its way to the recycle bin. It's transmission had gone bad. Daniel's advice: Get a new machine, but stay away from the fancy front loaders. Get a top-loader, instead. They're very reliable as their tubs are positioned in tune with gravity, vs the front loader's hanging tub configuration. Then, checking via his phone, Daniel told me about a sale that was going on at PCRichards and pointed out a machine he thought would be reliable and fit my needs. It was on sale for $300. I asked him to text me the link to the machine he'd found. He did, and put everything back and told us (the tenant and I) that she could continue to use the machine for a very little while, but the best and safest thing to do (he said to me) was replace the machine. Pushing its use could become a fire hazard! I was grateful for his helpful forthrightness. After he left, I put him in my book for future reference.

    Steve's Appliance Repair
When my mom's washer started to leak all over the floor, I told her to call Steve. He came right away and determined that there was a problem with the electronics and the agitator. He told her that it wouldn't be worth it to repair the 5-year-old washer, but that she should purchase a new one. He charged her $50 (for the service call), which she paid in cash. I should mention that he also made it a point to speak to me to make sure that my mother and I both understood why he was recommending replacement, rather than repair. I appreciated that and would definitely use him again.

    DYNAMIC APPLIANCE REPAIR INC.
Ameer was a pleasure to deal with, polite and professional. He found the problem quickly. He replaced a burnt igniter that triggers the heat. Although this was the initial problem and the dryer became warm afterwards, it still was not getting hot enough to dry the clothes until I cleaned out the lint that was clogging the vent leading to the outside. Once I got that cleaned out the dryer itself pushed out any remaining lint that had accumulated between the dryer and the exit vent. Once that was all cleared, the dryer became hot and problem solved.

    Steve's Appliance Repair
    • Steve called when he said he would and came to the house on time and fixed our dishwasher. What stands out was and is his honesty.  He tells you the cost and how long it will take. This is not my first time using his services and I recommend him to anyone that want a good job at a realistic price.  The highest of recommendations for an honest gentleman.

    Zulk Appliance Repair
He originally believed the timer was ok and just needed to replace the dial. When he replaced the dial it did not work properly so he had to replace the timer. I appreciated that he looked at the inexpensive repair option first rather than the more costly

The service technician did exactly what was required in a professional manner. The appropriate part was replaced in rapid fashion and the appliance was tested for operational efficiency before the Tech left our premises.

    Steve's Appliance Repair
Steve showed me that the door to the refrigerator was not closing completely. He assessed the situation and said he would return after he picked up the parts he needed. As he has done previously, he was true to his word and the repair was done. Steve is very conscientious and responsive and does a good repair job. I would definitely use him again.
