ATikTok MovingI have moved a lot and seen moving companies bring small truck. But TikTok Moving brought a very big truck. It felt good seeing that my things will go in something nice. The moving team did a pretty good job too. The packing and loading was done properly. Nothing was damaged or dented. The price remained the same as their first original quote. This also was a good feeling that I wasn’t scammed with something. I highly think this moving company is efficient and professional and everyone should hire them at least once.- Shamari J.

The movers arrived early on the moving day. They wasted no time in packing everything into boxes. I was quite concerned if all my things would fit into the truck they brought. ATikTok MovingAll four men from TikTok Moving that worked our job during our last out of state move were courteous, respectful, kind and clean. The crew arrived at the agreed upon times and got right to work. They were constantly in motion and worked well together. They were patient when we asked for a reposition of some piece and were willing to double-check and adjust the washer and dryer and make sure each was level. ARob The MoverI have hired multiple moving companies in the past but they were all at fault in one way or the other. Rob The Mover, while handling my last move, achieved perfection. They managed to deliver all our items without causing any damage to them. The company charges very affordable prices and provides experienced movers. The movers they sent were too good. They packed everything quickly and seemed very apt at their job. They maintained their timings perfectly as well. ABetter than one could ever expect. Three guys (some movers are only using two right now because of Covid), they were so helpful with some items that weren't completely ready to go, took great care over some cartons with fragile items, were excellent about repositioning the furniture if I changed my mind about where I wanted it. The new apartment involved using an elevator, which was not reserved for the purpose, and with all that, the entire job took only 3 1/2 hours. I was a nervous wreck but once I got there I realized I was in good and patient hands. Also: When I submitted a quote request online, I got a reply phone call within less than two hours. They weren't cheap but boy, you get what you pay for.

DI recommend strongly against using BQ Transport for your move. My experience with them was a disaster from start to finish. I moved 6 months ago, and I'm still cleaning up the mess created by this mediocre business. -BQ gave me the cheapest quote of any company (~$2K), but ultimately charged me more than double their estimate (~$4K). They'll likely respond to this and say that my quote didn't account for the number of boxes I had, but the number of boxes they quoted were based on their own estimate of what fits in a one-bedroom apartment -BQ dented my desk and scratched the floor of my new house. When I submitted a claim for the floor (pictures included), they denied that it was their fault and blamed it on me. I now have to pay to fix the floor that their team ruined -The movers told me they would arrive at my new house a full week before they actually showed up. When they did show up, they gave me about 5 minutes notice during a work day. Terribly organized communication. -Almost every single time I emailed them, I had to follow up 2 or 3 times before I got a response. There was zero proactive communication from them. -They credited me the small amount of $100 for desk damage, but didn't tell me they did so. After I asked a few times, they mentioned that they sent the check to my OLD address. I don't understand how the company that moved you could mess up your address

FNothing good to say. Horrible service, horrible communication, damaged my stuff and took forever. During a pandemic, Patriot arrived with two movers and two guys they literally found on the street and paid to help for the day. Their packing was poor and several of our things were broken. Took 46 days to deliver our stuff and their communication was horrible (“truck should be going out this week, tomorrow” etc only it never did) while we were waiting endlessly with no furniture. When they arrived with our stuff at our new home, there was ONE mover from the company and he had hired three guys off Craigslist to help him. Ended up with gouges in our floor and out of our drywall. If I wanted a bunch people off Craigslist to move my stuff, I would have rented a U-Haul and saved myself $10k. We were sent to a separate company to file a claim and 6 months later we are still waiting. Worst experience with a moving company ever.

AWe moved about an hour away. We had moved a lot of the small stuff so we used Moving Ahead Services for the heavy stuff like an Elliptical machine, glass table, and washer and dryer. They were on time and came with a positive, pleasant attitude. We had some special requests and they accommodated all of them. Moving is not easy, and they made it as smooth as possible. They were conscientious and didn't leave until everything was to our liking. We were happy we used them and would strongly recommend for any move.

FBait and Switch! I've never worked with a company so alluring and dishonest IN MY LIFE! Prior to loading day we had a $6,600 quote that was updated to a $10,500 quote only to have the truck and packers show up and increase our total to $20,000!!!!!!! We had packed everything but the furniture! The trucking company representative from Roadrunner (Polaris Moving is the parent company) said she was now our contact. She "fired Moving APT!!!" We are now in week 10 post moving to WI and our belongings are STILL NOT HERE!!! Roadrunner has taken our goods hostage forcing us to get a lawyer!! I will NEVER use Angie's List or a broker again!! This has been nothing short of a nightmare!

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!
