AHandyman AndyWhen we decided to renovate our downstairs bathroom we immediately thought of hiring Andy for the job. He renovated a laundry room for us a few years ago and did an excellent job. He did an equally amazing job on our bathroom, everything from tiling the floor and walls to applying wainscoting, and installing the vanity, toilet, cabinet, lighting and ceiling ventilation. Andy showed up on time every day and cleaned up after each session. He’s very knowledgeable and came up with solutions to any obstacles he encountered. AHandyman AndyAndy was great. His work is excellent. He shows up when he says he will and does a great job. He offers many solutions and options and worked with us throughout the project on design and functionality. We are very happy with how both projects we hired him for turned out. He puts his heart into his work and you can tell. He even built us a custom dog shower which works perfectly in our laundry room. He installed everything beautifully from the vanity, to the drains that he customized. He helped us pick paint colors and install everything and the perfect height. He is very thorough and finished in a reasonable timeframe. I could tell he wanted to do a good job, since he takes pride in his work, and because of that he helped us design the perfect bathrooms/ laundry room.- Kyla M.

AMy initial conversations with Arace weren't promising, so I'm glad I stuck it out and had them come do the work. I called for an estimate. A week later I still hadn't received a call back. The people who answer the phone don't seem to know a lot about the work of the company, and while extremely nice are very slow. Three phone calls later (one of which was from them calling to make sure they knew how to pronounce my name), I had a day scheduled for the electrician to come. Frankly, after the confusing extended phone calls I wasn't hoping for much. But Orion (I'm not sure if I spelled his name right) was great. He showed up exactly on time and was nice, respectful, and communicative. The job ended up with an unexpected complication which made it last longer than anticipated; he didn't charge me for the extra time it took him to go back to the workshop and get additional tools and materials. Everything was installed and working perfectly a couple hours later. I got an invoice in the mail a week later. So, if you can be patient with the nice ladies on the phone, you'll get good service from this nice local company.
