From our first and second meetings with Ed Drake, the owner, who took the time to patiently explain the process, to the tireless, talented, and timely crew led by Milton and the dedicated project managers, Steve and Amber we felt cared for the entire process. We had our home completely stripped, reinsulated and sided with high quality vinyl siding. It looks amazing and neighbors walking by constantly marvel at the beautiful transformation done by Perfect Exteriors. AGlobal Dwelling LLCEveryone, from initial analysis to job completion, was professional, courteous, and exceptionally friendly within the constraints of the COVID19 situation. They did our job the day before lockdown and provided masks for themselves and us, even though the masks were not a recommended precaution yet. They did not over-promise any dollar amount savings; they only guaranteed that we would feel more comfortable or they would come back until we did. And we do. All the other insulating and heating measures we've taken - including a gas fireplace, new windows, thermal curtains and lots of rugs - never gave us the level of comfort that we have now. There have been a couple of minor issues regarding tape that didn't stick, and John was immediately responsive; at first porch-delivering a new roll of tape for us to try ourselves. When that didn't work, he scheduled someone to come by the next day to work on it, but for our safety and theirs, we asked him to hold off until after the lockdown is lifted. We have NO DOUBTS that John will do what he said he would. If Global Dwelling provided another service that we needed, we would not hesitate to hire them again.- Robin R.

AWe have a 28-year-old raised ranch that had the original construction grade white vinyl siding. We wanted to re-side it with vinyl siding (with a new color) and replace soffits, fascia, and gutters. We also wanted to add cultured stone around the bottom floor of the house (approx. 650 sq. ft.). Noah worked with us in making all the decisions and his input was invaluable He has a real eye for what will work together, and how to make things “pop”. He is patient, knowledgeable, and professional, and kept in touch with us at each stage of the project to discuss particulars. His crew is hard working and their craftsmanship is excellent. The work also included repainting all the exterior doors and wrapping the exterior in foam board insulation before installing the new siding. We are incredibly pleased with the result and will absolutely have him complete other projects for us. We highly recommend him without any reservations.
