Dave is a straight shooter. Been building homes for 32 years. He is always booked with several jobs ahead. But is always willing to swing by and give a quote. Only get him if you want the job done right with no complaints. You can always find a cheaper quote but it is worth it because you will have no headaches. He is always on the job. He did great work redoing my kitchen, bathroom and siding of my house. He worked with subcontractors that he trust so it was really fast and easy, exactly the way i wanted it.

Business is unwilling or unable to complete project per contract, quoted at 4-6 weeks duration start to finish, dependent on weather. Project has lingered for more than 9 months, without any foreseeable end date. In addition, the following concerns have been identified: - Poor quality workmanship, contractor unresponsive to requests for remediation. - Contractor is unreachable by phone, text, email. Does not respond to requests to meet and will not provide an estimated completion date. - Incomplete work is exposed to weather elements and may cause unintended internal damage to home. - Work area likely to continue to deteriorate to dangerous conditions over time: example, scaffolding may fall and cause human harm. - Complaints from neighbors having to deal with construction dust and an unsightly view for far too long. - Restricted use of our home, causing emotional stress on entire family. The following describes items remain outstanding in more detail: 1) Outside room, paint and trim - incomplete 2) Roof & siding, painted brown, gutters - not done 3) Columns and replace/complete stone curb to new stair post 4) Removal of scaffolding & final grading 5) Deck: 2 post bottoms need replacing due to cracks. Complete trex replacements, column trim, remove paint spots, and cosmetics. Paint wood underneath behind lattice. 6) Inside room - Window doesnt close properly, needs adjusting. Floor is bowed, what can be done? Ceiling is bowed, what can be done? Complete trim, closet organizer, doors, barn door.

    Panan Construction Corp
Peter and his team at PanAn Construction Corp. did a great job! They replaced my old cedar shake siding with beautiful vinyl siding and replaced several windows throughout my home. The team was punctual, professional and completed the work quickly. Peter spent time with us, provided us with siding and window options and a detailed estimate that was accurate. It has been over 5 years since the work was done and my home still looks great! I also want to mention that my energy bills have improved as a result of better insulation provided by the new siding and windows. Thank you PanAn Construction Corp. for providing great service!

After removing the old deck it was clear that there were not enough piling supports for the deck. Although it was not part of the estimate they added additional support before installing the new deck. The work was really high quality. They installed cement bases under all the steps and extra supports for the railings. I love my new deck!!!

soon after moving in, and continuing to today (9 years since we moved in) we have experienced problems with the construction performed by this contractor, resulting in thousands of dollars in water damage, two claims to the homeowners insurance company, plus approximately 4 additional instances when we paid for repairs without submitting claims. In all the places where the original house meets the "new" renovations we have experienced leaks and uncovered shoddy construction. A google search revealed that this contractor was arrested in relation to a bribery scandal with the Town of North Hempstead - failure to conduct proper inspections of construction. Save yourself headaches and find another contractor!
