  It started ok but after a few visits I received a text message saying that she could no longer clean my house. I texted back but never got a response? Very unprofessional and with no notice since she was supposed to come back the following week. Left me totally hanging with no cleaning lady. Beware!!!!!

  Yessica service was great! She was very accommodating ,came the next day, cleaned & dusted ) including the blinds) my house in 2 hours. The girls worked hard, very professional & both are very sweet & nice. The price was reasonable and i am now going to treat myself and have them come once per month! Rating is A+ ������������

  Just had Stella's crew do the initial "deep cleaning"--not cheap (although fair), but my house has never (and I mean never) been this clean before. Dust and junk underneath and behind furniture was cleaned thoroughly, floors mopped to a shine, everything looks great. I was completely delighted with the professionalism of the crew and the super job they did. I will be continuing with Stella's cleaning on a regular basis from here on. I was a bit uncertain about going with a service, but was convinced from speaking with Stella and now from the excellent work of the cleaning team that this is the way to go. The backstory: I have had an individual woman cleaning my house for years, and for years, she has been unpredictable (I never knew when she was going to come, and finally, I couldn't reach her for 2 weeks after numerous tries, so I just had it with that), plus my house was getting slowly dirtier and dirtier behind and under things with cobwebs and dust in the corners and on ceiling fans and so on, and I also had to tell her every time what I needed done (no initiative there--but she did a good job on top cleaning and is honest and a nice person, which is why I stuck with her for so long). So, I decided to try a service and called several from Angie's List. Stella called right back. The others did not. I am so glad I went with this company, I am really happy with the results.

  You've Got Maids

  They came with a whole lot of people wandering around. It was the lady, her mom, her daughters, her husband. I know this because they cancelled the day I needed it done . They kept saying they would return my money. Call after call after call were ignored. They said the check was "in the mail. Then she said that the cleaning had run over (cost more, took more time). She said it because her family was inexperienced. Bottom line, they took my money and I ended up paying $600.00 to clean a three bedroom house. It was not an episode of hoarding but it did need a good cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and mopping etc. BOTTOM LINE- THEY ROBBED ME!
