    Peter, Dr. Klein A.
Peter A. Klein, M.D. , FAAD in what appers to be a scam to force me to pay $100 or hurt my credit rating. I explained to them very politely that this Peter Klein and his staff would never ever have let me past the receptionist window if I did not have Verifiable medical coverage. I gave them physically my Medicaid number AND my Medicare card which they scanned. If you know anything about doctors offices then you know well that they would never serve anyone without first verifying coverage. First this collection agency and someone at Dr. Kleins office said I never had insurance but I did agree to pay the fee "down the road". When was the last time you went to the doctors, any doctor, and they said, "you can pay us down the road" Apparently Dr. Kleins staff made an error in processing my bill and now they are so far away from the date that they now are coming after me because of their mistake. I explained this to C.Tech and the lady agreed that no doctor would see me without proof of coverage but she just works there and Dr. Klein is putting in a claim. I think they may both be working together as both the dr. and c.tech know every well that I would never have been admitted without coverage. They are such a shady bunch that the dr. himself told his associate to call and make a deal with me , behind C.Tech's back, to pay $75 and they would "make this go away". This is out and out fraud and C Tech is helping them try to harass and hurt the credit rating of an innocent senior citizen. Beware.

    Korzenko, Dr. Adam J.
When I arrived, the office staff were a combination of friendly and inappropriate. I was first turned-off by the fact that they required my credit card information copied and on-file for payment. I'm not comfortable giving my credit card information away. What I was really upset about was that on the intake paperwork there was a question that wasn't a basic yes or no answer for me. It was a complicated answer. The front desk staff kept pressuring me for an answer, despite the fact that I consistently said (in an open and public waiting room) that I would speak to the doctor about it. This made me very uncomfortable.

Once I saw the doctor, I found him to be both knowledgeable and rushed. He wanted to find a solution, but I felt that he really didn't want to listen to what I had to say (I am not someone who demands a long appointment, but I would like to feel like I'm being heard and not herded out the door). For example, I tried to explain why I had a more complicated answer to the question on the intake form -- and he brushed it off and dismissed it as not relevant. Perhaps it wasn't relevant, but then why is it on the intake form and why did the staff make me uncomfortable by repeatedly asking it to me in a public waiting room. I also left with some of my less important questions unanswered because I felt rushed.

The records seem to be completely electronic, and he was able to send my prescription into the pharmacy immediately. However, I felt that he looked more at his laptop, than at me...perhaps contributing to my feeling of not being listened to.

All that being said, the prescription he gave me is helping...which is impressive since the rash I needed looked at decided to be non-existent on that day. Additionally, his office could get me in much sooner than other dermatology offices that I tried calling first, and he told me that in the future, now that I'm a patient, they could get me in even faster in the future. I would go back to this doctor, however I am not convinced that I won't find someone I like better in the future.

    Peter, Dr. Klein A.
Dr. Klein prescribed washing my face with the lather of two different shampoos, alternating them. A prescription ointment was prescribed for "flare-ups". Within days, the rash went away. The treatment has worked for 1.5 years, with only an occasional flare-up, which quickly clears up with the prescribed ointment.

overall it went very well they are all cleared up.the son was a little more agressive in treatment than the father, which turned out for the best. he was open to almost anything. even unconventional treatments to clear them up. Warts are very tough to get rid of and it took numerous visits. ( he warned us of this up front). I was very happy and would recommend them.

    Peter, Dr. Klein A.
I showed him the marks that I had, and he asked first if I had been gardening. It was the middle of winter, so obviously I hadn't. He said he didn't know what it was, and he couldn't figure out that my scratching had caused different marks and made it spread. He left the office, and when he came back, he asked if I was in a monogymous relationship, because it could be syphilis. I was offended, and told him that I was in a monogymous relationship and that it could not be that! He gave me a perscription for a cream. I went to the emergency room a few days later, and they knew with in MINUTES that it was poison ivy! They gave me a shot, not a cream, and it started to go away immediately. The front reception at Dr. Klein's office was not helpful and said that I had to call them back the next day when I could not locate my prescription. That is when I made the decision to go to the emergency room.
