DO NOT RECOMMEND - Highly advise against this provider unless you are a "cookie cutter" type of client. Scheduling performed by an overseas call center. It was impossible to schedule an appointment to meet my needs. Unable to provide service at time I requested independent of how many days away. I wanted to have my neighbor let technician into building, supervise, and provide a pre signed check to pay for services. Unable to process payment other than by Credit Card. Impossible to talk to anyone local or US based!! DO NOT RECOMMEND - Highly advise against this provider unless you are a "cookie cutter" type of client.

Everything went totally smooth. The installers, Jim and Ryan, were very professional. It is rare now to see people that actually work for their money. They both were highly knowledgeable and technically intelligent. I can only rate them as a 10 on a scale or 1 to 10.

The old furnace was very heavy and difficult to remove from the basement. They had to work especially hard to accomplish this. The end product looks very neat both inside and out. Also after setting up the thermostat and trying out all of the cycles for both heat and air conditioning, we found that everything works perfectly. We are totally satisfied with the whole job including the company itself.

A complete and total fraud!  Based on internet recommendations and their website, I purchased their "Mold All In One Kit" for $39.99 plus $4.95 shipping and handling on January, 17.  They sent their "Kit" by USPS for $1.30 on the same day.  The "Mold All In One Kit" contained five separate tests and instructions, but only one test and lab work was included in their purchase price.
I completed their "Air Mold" sample test kit on April, 16 and mailed back to the company as instructed on April, 17 by USPS for 92 cents.  Although their instructions and literature state test kits will be completed within "approximately 5 business days", no response nor test results were ever received.
I contacted the company's telephone number's 954-635-7952 and 877-453-2847 on servral days without an answer or response.  I wrote an emial to their Customer Service and Contact Information their website on August, 7 without a response.  While researching their company, website, phone numbers and owners I found two articles from the US Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, Wifredo A. Ferrer.  On March, 8 Alexander Lorin Davis and Dawn Marie Davis pled guilty in Federal Distict Court to "falsely making and forging the seal of the National Science Foundation (NSF),an agency of the United States and mail fraud in connection with the marketing by internet of environmental testkits to the public which were not in fact analyzed by qualified laboratoies as asserted in advertisements and literature accompanying the kits..."
Dawn Davis, who pled guity to the felony was sentenced to 2 years probation on April, 25.  On June, 28 Alexander Davis was sentenced to 15 months in prison and 3 years supervision following his release of the felony.  He was ordered to pay $50,264.53 restitution to 154 known customers.  Dawn Davis was ordered to pay $9,596.09 restitution.
Although the owners have pled guilty to their felony's and are being punished, their company's name and operation continues by someone.  Their known phone numbers are 954-635-7952 and 877-453-2847.  Their website addresses are www.daviskits.com and www.davistestkit.com.  Their physical addresses are, 757 S E 17th Street #579, Ft.Lauderdale, FL 33316 and 1325 East M=36 #428 Pinckney, MI 48169.
    .
As of this date, I've not received the results of my test kit, been reimbursed by the company, nor have had any response from them.  i hope they are enjoying their punishment!

I was pleased with Halco. The guys were good. The administration was not as good as the other part but they were separate. I was pleased with the guys who came. Getting it done was a little more of an issue. Just for the plumbing part, the management was a little lacking about staying in touch on what's going on. Eventually, it was working great but I was left in the dark quite a bit. Aside from that, the workmanship, the workers and the quality was excellent. The office staff was very polite and very nice but they were not on top of things.

This experience with Sennett Construction did not work out well.
I've reported them to Better Business Bureau and I filed a complaint with the Attorney General. I had a very poor experience with them because he basically under-estimated the scope of the project. I had to hire professionals to basically re-do almost all the work he and his son started because it was shoddy work and wouldn't pass inspection. It was terrible. There were other issues such as him using my money for the project to buy tanks of gas for his truck, about a thousand dollars. Throughout the 5 months I hired him, his wife kept telling me "to trust him." When I realized what was happening and tried to speak to him about my concerns, he and his wife blocked me on their cell phones and she tried to talk to me on Facebook. It was terrible. Sennett Construction quoted the bid for the job very, very low and then just did  shoddy work. They purchased materials with my money and I never saw the materials. There were a lot of issues. The kicker was, he wrote me a letter stating he had to stop working because the scope of the project "had changed" and then accused me of owing him money. Two weeks later, his lawyer called my lawyer and told my lawyer he wanted to return to work to finish the job. By then, I had hired new contractors and they completed the job to more than my satisfaction and I could see the difference in the quality of work. I would avoid this company.

My husband needed a bedroom converted into an office for his business. We had quotes from a couple other contractors, but they seemed pretty pricey. A friend recommended Mr. Albrecht's services. He came over and took a look at what we wanted and gave us a reasonable quote. He started the work right away and finished in a very timely manner. I would recommend his services to anyone who needs home improvements.

All of the work performed by Halco (two separate departments) was exemplary. The people were professional, friendly, and courteous; they tried very hard to accommodate all that I asked, even when it was probably not the best solution (they always took time to explain any questions that I had, and provide info on the particulars)

Upon finding water dripping into our soon to be nursery I panicked and called a whole host of roofers in the Auburn NY area. This was early March. Only a handful of the roofers actually got back to me, but Don Dennis of Statewide roofing responded immediately, explained that his business was just getting underway for the season, but he'd come take a look. He was able to diagnose our leak and when I asked him to assess our roofs as a whole he pointed out a number of other "issues" where previous roofers had cut corners. He provided a fair estimate for a huge list of tasks, did the work within the next 2 weeks, and ultimately did more than was on the quote for less than was quoted. I would highly recommend Don and Statewide Roofing.

Following completion of my faxed application and wire transfer deposit, I called and left messages at Auctions International on Thursday, October 20, Friday, October 21 and Monday October 24, to confirm my application and deposit, without a reply.  On Tuesday, October 25, 2011, prior to the 9:00 AM auction opening, I attempted to access Auctions International's website to place bids.  I was not authorized or allowed to access their online auction.  I again called and spoke to auction employees, who stated my wire transfer was not received, I was not authorized to bid and I did not have an account..  After I called my bank and confirmed my wire transfer was sent and received by Auctions International on October 20, 2011, I again called for authorization to place bids.  I was then told my wire transfer funds were received, but not placed in my auction account.  Their technical support attempted to activate my account and provide authorization, but that too failed at 10:30 AM, one and a half hours after the auction began, it was too late.  I thanked the employees for their time and requested the return of my wire transfer deposit, bank fees and credit card charges.  On October 31, Auctions International return wire transferred my deposit.  My bank charged $20 for each wire transfer and Auctions international charged a $10 credit card fee to bid online, which I still have not been able to access.  I spent $50 for an attempt to bid online.  At least my wire transfer deposit was located and returned six days following the auction.

Because Mr. Lavalley chose to verbally and physically threaten to fight instead of completing our contract and repairing his crews damage, neither he nor anyone in his crew is allowed to return to my property.  In five days Mr. Lavalley and his crew created more damage to my home and garage than they repaired.  Mr. Lavalley was verbally vulgar and abusive.  He threatened to fight and assault me, instead of completing our contract.

Nearly three years have passed since Mr. Lavalley's destruction.  It has taken me those three years to financially recover and pay for Mr. Lavalley's damage.  If a representative from Ronald Lavalley Construction calls, don't answer the phone.  If Mr. Lavalley knocks on your door, don't answer the door, lock it.
