    Mahwah Movers LLC
While this was a small job, I appreciated the communication and follow-up exhibited by both the estimator and moving crew. One of my pet peeves is lack of communication from a delivery crew about when they are arriving, but this crew was great about notifying me with ample time. They arrived on schedule and were very pleasant. Will definitely use again for larger jobs.

Steve Oliver Pianos( Key Piano Service Inc).
Steve arrived on time and performed a great job as usual in tuning by Yamaha Baby Grand.  He is an excellent professional and I have used him now for over two years.  I highly recommend him.  He is honest and forthright and always looks for the most efficient way to solve any issues he finds.
The last time he tuned my piano it need additional work and he did it the most cost efficient way possible.

Went well, all three employees I dealt with were friendly and professional. They did a very good job and were able to remove the old one, pick up  a new one and install the new water heater all in one day. Overall I was very happy with the service.  However when I signed  the contract and paid for the service upfront, I had forgotten to give the company rep the Angie's List coupon for $50 off a water heater replacement. So I called the office and spoke to Cindy who advised me to give the coupon to the repair guys and that the company's billing department would send me a refund of $50 to honor the coupon .Well that $50 check never came, maybe it's on the way. So just FYI if you use an Angie's List Coupon make sure you give it to them before you sign and pay. Will probably use this company again.

Steve Oliver Pianos( Key Piano Service Inc).
Steve did another outstanding job.  I had used him last year to tune the piano and had him back again.  I had been having trouble with keys sticking and other issues and he was able to realize that it was an issue with the hammers and also one of the pedals.  He spent several hours here taking things apart and fixing them .  The piano is in excellent condition now.  His cost was very very reasonable for  the hours and all the work he performed.  I would highly recommend him .

The railing looks great, is strong and attractive and will last forever (I expect).  Dealing with David was easy as he was helpful, experienced and understanding.  It was a bit pricey, but it looks great.  Their website could be improved.  We went to another site to see the many variations that are available.  Railings come in many shapes and variations and can be stunning.  Also, they could have done better in one area.  The railing is higher than I would have liked it.  Code requires railings to be from 34" to 38" above the stair nosing.  They put this one at 37" above the nosing.  This is an uncomfortable height for older family members who need it, who are 5' tall.  It would have been better to have a discussion and to have gotten a railing at 34" or 35".  Since the railing is going to be there for a very long time, it would be better if it were not uncomfortably high.

They seem to be good and I have had good luck with them. There was only one instance where I had a problem with the phone connection but they sent people right out. I am not sure how their pricing stands out as I do not have much to compare it to. I get what I pay for in relation to the quality. I would use them again in the future.

    MUSIC TOGETHER OF CHAPPAQUA
I think it's owned by a company called Over the Moon Music.  They try to teach kids about rhythm and tonality.  It has really helped us faster the musical aptitude.  It's just a really well spot out class in terms of the different songs that they do as well as how they set up and who they hire as their instructors.  We did a demo class and our friends next door take classes every week.  We are thinking about joining as well.  It's about $250 for 8 or 10 weeks, but it includes 2 CDs for whatever the class focus is on at the moment.  We get songs that we can listen to at home and also in the car.  There are some other things that we can get with the class as well.  It's just not for the class, but it's about $20 to $30 a class for pretty much any of the baby stuff we've looked into.  It's right on par.

It was just fine. It was empty when I got there. I put a lock on it. I felt my stuff was secure. Their communication and customer service were excellent. I would use them in the future.

I would rate them highly. I have been to many hospitals in New York City and they have by far the best and most caring.
