I moved into a new house about a year ago and before we moved in Dave arranged for the floors to be re-done, painting, electrical, etc. After that he re-did a guest bathroom for me and then a major kitchen/dining room reno. Everything came out great. Dave is great to work with- very easy-going, organized and no surprises. Everyone showed up when they were supposed to. His guys are great at what they do, patiently answered all my questions and were enjoyable to have around. I highly recommend Dave for any project and will hire him again in the future.

Curt and his team did an amazing job of taking our old 1970s interior of our home and brought it up to date! He and his team had great ideas, tips and advice. He guided us in the right direction for each item we had to choose.

    Hire Her Home Improvement Inc.
We are very happy with our kitchen. We designed it with Sharon from Jilco which was great. Angela and her team were mostly fine. They said the project was supposed to be 4 weeks but with an incorrect cabinet it ended up being 9. We went away for half of the time and there were about 2 weeks where they didn't work on anything. Then, post-cabinet order, it felt like we needed to put a lot of pressure on the team to keep them moving and there was one week where the head team member was sick. The team is good so they are getting a lot of jobs and this can create problems with prioritizing sites. Overall, the cost was good and Angela responded well to issues. See picture image.

We are very happy with our kitchen. We designed it with a lot of great help from Sharon at Jilco. Anglea and her team were mostly fine. They are good so they have a lot of jobs and this can lead to issues with prioritizing sites. We were told the job would be 4 weeks and went away for that amount of time. There was a cabinet issue that they found out about the day before we returned and then the whole project ended up being 9 weeks. There were 2 weeks while we were away when nothing happened and when we got back there was 1 week of just interior painting and 1 week where the head worker was sick. They work best when you keep the pressure on but Anglea was great with handling issues, the work is top notch, and the price is fair.

    Briko Contracting
Great! Only co. I will use. Professional, punctual, neat. I've had several projects with Briko where there have been snags or holdups with suppliers (not due to Briko) and Briko was great about working around issues and still getting the job done on time. Completely reliable and excellent work. Patient and accomodating with changes to plans and proposals and 100% trustworthy.

It went really well. Once we started the work, there were none of the interruptions that some contractors will put you through. His work is high quality and timely. What I especially like about Horacio is that he will listen to your ideas. I reused and reconfigured my existing cabinets, and he worked with me on that.

First, Gary did a custom built-in bench to create a breakfast nook under a bay window in our kitchen. He did the job in 2 days, and the result is a solid and sturdy wooden bench with built-in storage and custom woodwork to match the paneling on our kitchen cabinets. He had to work around an existing baseboard heater, and managed to work it beautifully into the piece. Next, Gary renovated our master bathroom. From demo of the old bathroom to construction of a new room including custom steam shower to intricate tiling throughout the room, Gary worked his tail off almost singlehandedly to have the room ready in under two weeks. His attention to detail is impressive, and he is straightforward with advice and concerns. Gary was patient with us as we navigated the unfamiliar process, and he was exceptionally kind to our two young kids, who absolutely adore him and keep asking for him to come back and do another room. Very lucky to have found Gary, and will keep him on speed dial for all kinds of projects.

Palette Pro Painting & Renovation Inc.
We first contacted the provider about a year before contracting for the work. The proposal we received, based on photos of the kitchen, was the most comprehensive and detailed of the three proposals we received. Once we decided to move forward with the work, Rafael visited our home to confirm the scope of the work and the price. (Financing options are available.) He and Valerie, who works in the office, were extremely responsive, helpful and flexible throughout the process.
Given the scope of the work and that we have young children and a cat, Rafael agreed to do the work while we were out of town. Rafael and Valerie responded immediately the few times we checked in for an update on progress while we were away. When we returned home, the project was nearly complete and the kitchen was tidy, considering work was still ongoing. The work took about a week from start to finish.
We are very happy with the final product. You'd never know our now white cabinets used to be a cherry-colored wood!

The guys were great, friendly, professional, but the job took longer then expected for a  two man crew and when I got the bill........I was not thrilled. I admit to having no idea what the going rate is for this type of job, but this was a very basic plumbing job and the price for the work was much higher then I expected. There were no major issues that had to be addressed that would justify the added cost.
To be fair the home office did give abit of a discount at my request and I have used them several times in the past because they do good work. But because of the high price tag on this job and the last ,I may seek another option.

    The Kitchen Loft
Michael is a true professional, has many years of experience and is extremely meticulous. Very responsive to emails. Spent many hours at our home, discussing and planning our full kitchen renovation. He had deep knowledge of his products, and thought of every detail down to the 1/4"... extra little spacers needed in various places, tiny differences in measurements of countertop, cabinets and appliances. all very necessary details when redoing everything.
he used his 3D software to create detailed renderings and sent us several rounds of revised drawings throughout the process. he came to our house at least 5 times, spending several hours each time, going over drawings, bringing cabinet and countertop samples, and making sure everything was in order.
he had good ideas for various configuration options - where to put cabinets, what type of cabinets, sizes, etc. but he pretty much left the styling up to us and didn't push us to do something in "his style". that is, he wasn't so much an interior decorator with styling ideas, but was much more of a detailed kitchen architect/planner/designer, based on what we wanted. if that's what you're looking for, then Michael is your man! for example, he didn't have much of an opinion on what color countertop we chose, but he was very detailed and involved with the countertop install, and was present for the templating process and also for several hours while the guys installed the countertops, directing and helping them do it correctly.
his prices seemed reasonable for what we purchased. and his service was well worth the cost. great guy to work with! highly recommended.
