    He responded to my phone message quickly. We arranged for him to come the same day between 2 - 5 pm and he came a little bit after 2 pm. He was professional and clean. I did not feel that he rushed at all. Fixed the problem.

    It went very well, I called for service the day of and Mike arrived at my house between the hours promised.He is a nice guy and he had my Maytag Dryer fixed in about 30 minutes. I was very happy with the service and his price was fair,about what I expected based on previous repairs I have had done with other repairmen. I will use Mike again in the future.

    He spent probably 15 minutes on the phone giving me tips on how to fix a few things on my own.  And discussing the cost of items replaced and what the longevity would be so I was fully prepared to make a decision on whether or not to pay him to come out.  I will call this guy when I know something is worth fixing over replacing.

    I called because my 10 year old refrigerator didn't seem to be working properly, along with my 15 year old dishwasher which was making odd, new noises. I got an appointment the same day; he came at the promised time.
    Luckily we just needed to vacuum and clean the refrigerator coils and fix an electrical outlet behind the refrigerator. The dishwasher required similar treatment, and at the end both seem to be working fine.

    My dryer stopped working.  I work full time, so there are very few times when someone can get into my home.  I called this am to have the dryer fixed.  The operator said that it could be fixed tomorrow, but I work all day tomorrow.  Because of that, the operator was able to get the repairman to come to my home today.
    He arrived on time and, after only about 1/2 hour, the dryer was fixed.

    On the first visit, the machine's diagnostics showed there was nothing wrong. And of course, the malfunction didn't happen when the repair person was there because that's what always happens, right? So it is was more difficult to make a diagnosis when the malfunction didn't happen. Lou left without fixing it, saying the service visit fee is valid for 30 days, and we agreed I would call again when it happened to try to arrange another visit. In in the end, Lou went with the strategy of figuring out possible problems. He bought the cheapest part for a possible solution, a flow meter. Lou made the correct diagnosis-- the $25 part fixed the problem instead of an expensive computer repair. He was great to work with.

    I called in the morning and they were at my home by the afternoon. The service was quick, clean, professional and pleasant. He was able to fix all my problem and gave advice about what to do and not to do in the care and use of my appliances. My problems were common ones and he didn't find any unsuspected issues that I would need to fix and pay for (I often worry that phantom problems arise when at the mercy of a service guy). Aside from feeling a bit pricey, I was extremely happy with the service.

    The technician was able to diagnose the problem immediately and had the part with him (service switch) to perform the repair which took no more than 10 minutes. When I called for the appointment the phone representative asked for the model & make of the washer and also a description of the problem with the machine. Because of this the technician made sure he had all of the associated parts for the repair with him.

    THERE DID NOT SEEM TO BE ANY NEGATIVE FEELINGS ABOUT IT. IT WAS POSITIVE. IT WAS FIXED IN A TIMELY WAY. IT HAS NOT BROKEN DOWN YET. THE PROBLEM WAS CORRECTED, SO WHATEVER THEY DID WAS WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE.
