I love doctor Wise. None of the vets are cheap. He's honest and trustworthy. My poor Johnny couldn't eat and I thought he had a sore throat but he couldn't eat so he had to be put down. It was so copasetic. No matter how excited he got he would try to lick his food and have to stop.

    Kelly's Kisses & Kuts
I have used Kelly for 15 years for my Shitz Zu who passed away last year. She is very attentive and truly loves dogs as she has about 5 of her own. She always took special care of Oreo especially as she got older. Oreo would always come out looking great and smelling great!! I highly recommend Kelly!!

I have a dog called Becky.  I am taking my dog to them since 7 years. When last time I took her to vet she started to have trouble breathing and so the vet took chest x-ray and found out she had a pneumonia.  Then she was transferred to another hospital and where she was kept in a big oxygen box, it looked like a big baby incubator. Then when she was okay they told me that I can take her home. The vet came with a portable oxygen tank in the car with me for my dog. Smith Ridge Veterinary Center

Called up the day of to see if I can get my father's jack russel terrier in for a wash and nail cut. They let me drop him off same day, pick him up 2 hours later, and my dog looked and smelt great. Kelly was extremely nice, professional, and I can tell my dog loved her when I came to pick him up.

    BEST MOBILE DOG GROOMING
Made appointment for 2 dogs. Received a telephone confirmation for 2 dogs but on the day, groomer said that he only had an appointment for 1 dog. Nobody called to apologize for the mistake. Rescheduled for our other dog to be groomed the next week. Appointment was confirmed the day before but the groomer failed to show up!

I've been using this vet (Dr. Burton Miller) for my 2 bichons for almost 10 years.  He was pretty good in the beginning but as the years past, he didn't seem to care about anything but your money. I recently took my boys to him and after waiting nearly an hour in the waiting room, he barely makes eye contact with you much less spends any more than 5 minutes with you. He told me that both needed a dental, which is a surgical procedure. My dogs are 15 and 17.  I was a bit taken aback given their ages but he said I should do it unless "I'm giving up on them." I went against my gut thinking that he was the dr and would know better.  I was wrong.  They were in such pain afterwards that they were literally crying out.  My older one was having trouble breathing and was vomiting for 2 days.  I called the office twice and was told by one of his girls that this was normal. This reaction is NOT normal. I've had dentals done on my dogs many times over the years and this NEVER happened before. I called again and insisted on speaking with the dr.  He gets on the phone already sounding upset and asks me if I am now ready to take direction. He then tells me how he has hours of paperwork and can't spend time on the phone with me and puts me back on with 1 of the girls again.  I had just given this man $2,000 between the dentals and the office visit and he can't spend a little time with me on the phone!?!  No one ever called after that to see how my dogs were doing. He didn't care.  He had his money.  That's all he ever cared about.  Please learn from my mistake and don't ever take your babies to see this vet.

They lied, charged exhorbitant prices, would not do anything until paid in full, did not tell me what happened, Dr. Marino did not even care for my dog after he did whatever he did .  They terrified me into believing if I came to see my dog it would cause the stent to dislodge and kill her.  What were they hiding that I didn't see her and then was called that she died.

WEST HILLS ANIMAL HOSPITAL & 24HR EMERGENCY CENTER
I called and received an appointment right away. Dr. McGowan examined my dog and immediately came up with a plan to help clear up the abcess. She took a culture in order to prescribe the correct antibotics for the infection. If you leave a message for her she calls you back within a few hours, if not sooner. Everyone I came in contact with at West Hills was warm and very caring toward my dog.

We were told this procedure would cost $3,000 to $4,000. They would not even touch her until we paid half. The final cost was over $9,000.00. Then we were told she had 2-4 months to live because the cancer will come back. If I knew this before hand I never would have put my dog through this and would not spend $9,000 . They charged $31 for one of those stupid plastic collars! Plus there was no way she could have reached the stitches to pull at them. It was the longest week of my life. And they don't give you your pet until you've paid the entire amount.  They did a good job with the operation but they have these poor pet owners at their mercy because they're sent there because their vets can't do the procedure. They take advantage of people and the love that they have for their pets. They should be ashamed of themselves for the prices they charge. ($14 a day for waste removal?!!)

They have four doctors in the practice and I would trust anyone out of them to do anything necessary on my pets. They take care of my pets like theirs. They have the integrity. They are all very nice and caring. They are very accommodating. If you call them with questions, they are happy to answer them for you. They even call you back. They are just a nice place to go. They have given us the best care. They are really great.
