ABUDGET BLINDSI used them twice. Both time went great. Its affordable and the blinds are very high quality. Paul will help you with options and colors. One home we did all wood, and it looked amazing. The second house was just done around Christmas time and we did different styles. They all look and work great. The installer was on time, fast and he did a great job! He even cleaned up all of his mess, which most contractors forget those small details... I appreciate how awesome they are!!- Ralph R.

I placed my order and Julie called when it came in. Cory came out to install the shade. He was very professional and polite. ACREATIVE HANDSWent great. I have an older colonial period home with characteristic window sills. The window depth is very narrow which limited my options for window treatments to what I thought were cheap mini blinds. A big box store representative came for a consultation and told me the only choice for shutters would be over the frame which would cover the window sills that I wanted to preserve. The folks from Creative Hands came up with a perfect solution that allowed me to get inside the frame shutters while still keeping the colonial look of the sills! They look great!- courtney h.

ABUDGET BLINDSI had my shades made and installed in 2013 and recently put a gash in one of them. I called Paul Wood at BB and explained what I had done and he immediately ordered me a new shade! There is a one time lifetime guarantee with these shades. So there is no charge for the replacements. I had a similar incident in a previous home, and he replaced that shade for no charge. BB guarantee is by far the best I have ever seen or experienced! Paul Wood is punctual, very precise and neat.- Karin T.

ABUDGET BLINDSEverything went well. Two of the shades were cut to the incorrect size. Paul took them with him and had the correct ones sent. This happened to be right around x-mas so it took a bit to get the replacements. As soon as they arrived Paul was back to install. The windows look great.- Matt S.

AFrom the first phone call this was the most professional experience I've had with anything done at my home. Sales person was accurate, office personnel polite and responsive, and installation guys were wonderful. I've had other windows installed and this experience was by far much better. The final product really added to the appraised value of my home. I would highly recommend.

FIf I could give zero stars, I would. First, it was taking forever to get my order. When I looked at my order, they somehow had the wrong address (my former address from five years ago), so I contacted them to change the address. They assured me that the address was changed. A couple of weeks later, I was notified via email that my order was delivered but when I checked my front door it wasn't there, so I went to my old address, 30 minutes away and got lucky that the owner was there and had received my order. When I got it home the 3 roller shades that I ordered for side-by-side windows were all 4 inches too big. I followed the online measurement directions which suggested that you add 2 inches per side to your measurements for an outside mount. I should have stayed with my original measurements. When I called, they suggested that I keep an inch on each side. They re-made them, and AGAIN sent them to the wrong address - even after I re-confirmed that they had the right one. Again, I had to go to my old address to look for my delivery. This time, no one was home, so I took a chance and waited in front of their house for a while until someone may come home. Luckily, someone showed up within 90 minutes. This time they had showed up with 2 boxes! They re-made it twice (6 roller shades), all still too big! Due to the global pandemic and for personal reasons, I waited to address the issue. When I finally was able to contact them, I was sent a message that the CSR's supervisor determined that the blinds were made correctly. Therefore, they cannot offer a remake for this order. Their policy states that they will make up to 4 shades if the customer is not completely happy. However, they offered to remake the shades at a discounted price! I will not give them one more penny! Worst service ever! A $500.00 lesson learned - They stole my money and left me with 9 useless roller shades to get rid of. I do not recommend them!

FPlease understand this is a review of Fitch's dealings with me. Others hopefully have had a better experience. I suspect due to the relatively low price of my project I fall at the low end of their priority list. My opinion is if there were another zero in the cost of my project I would not have had the experience I did. In short, on a 5 point scale with 5 being the best, I would rate my experience as follows: COMMUNICATION: 1 SERVICE: 1 QUALITY OF WORK: 3 QUALITY OF PRODUCT: 1 OVERALL EXPERIENCE: 2 I have tried to be patient and understanding. However, a product I was promised in late July 2019 was not installed until September 2019. I was able to use the product about 6 weeks before closing that home. Upon opening my home in mid May 2020, I was able to use it as designed for another 6 weeks or so. By manually controlling the screen position with the remote, I got another month or so. It took over a month (from 6/23 until 7/27) to have a tech come out. Tech attempts to fix the screen resulted in what was believed to be a burned out motor and the screen has since been inoperable. I no longer get any response to my emails. I essentially have a $4,700 hanging screen on my front porch, held in place by some of my own wood clamps. At this point, the company has a LOT of work to do to not only fix/replace the screen but to regain my trust. If I read it correctly, the warranty will run out in a few weeks. I would hate to think I would lose out on having a defective product addressed because of a history of lack of action by Fitch. No matter what, this is approaching the end of a second summer I have been unable to use the screen. UPDATE: I am so disgusted with the office support I will be contacting an attorney to determine if I can take legal action! In short, I explained the residence in which the screen was installed was seasonal. They sent a technician out once a month to attempt to fix the screen. The first time the tech burned out the motor. The second time they sent some poor tech with no training/experience to attempt a fix. He found a problem with the frame. Long story short over the course of 3½ months they were unable to fix the problem. Now I am told they need to contact the manufacturer for MORE replacement parts (motor, end support bracket and now screen channels). They are essentially telling me sorry you haven't been able to use this screen this summer, but it is under warranty and the manufacturer has to send replacement parts and walk a tech through the install process. In MAY 2021!!!! They are telling me it isn't their problem but the manufacturer. However, they sold me the screen, took my payments and have sent techs to fix the problem. I am hoping for good news from my attorney as this has reached the point I want them to take the screen away and refund my money.

AVery down to Earth and easy to work with. They were professional and had our carpet installed as soon as they could. We had previously had an order with Lowe's and they didn't show any care for their work. The Rug Market was the complete opposite; they made sure we had the best service. I highly recommend them. So glad we cancelled our Lowe's installation and switched to them!
