Peak Performance Physical Therapy & Sports Trainin
I'm a "weekend warrior" who consistently exercises throughout the week and often aims for a long run or ride of some kind on the weekend. After being sidelined due to what I thought was some chronic low back pain, I began trying everything I could think of; chiropractic care, yoga, massage therapy, and a visit to the MD. I was getting desperate and nearly ready to give up until I found an answer to my prayer, PT with Andrew from Peak Performance. Shortly after assessing me, he quickly diagnosed the root cause of my problems and put me to work with some focused stretching and strength building exercises. I was back in action in no time and was able to recently complete a 50k Mountain Bike Race.

    Griseta, Joseph
Joe is a terrific guy. He is personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He introduced me to a series of exercises and explained how to apply heat and cold correctly. Within 4 visits, I wasn't feeling the pain any more and had much more mobility. Prior to my visits with Joe, I could not move my head left or right without a significant amount of pain. Would I recommend Joe? ABSOLUTELY!! He will make you work and he will get you the results you need. He is wonderful and I wouldn't go to anyone else.

    Jewish Home
Arrived at Jewish Home in wheelchair in really bad pain. I was treated for pain and given physical and occupational therapy. I ate my meals in my room until I was able to transport to dining room (food was good). I continued therapy (both physical and occupational) and pain control with medication/cold packs. Had help with cleaning and bodily functions until I could perform them on my own. attended special events such as a and quot;picnicand quot; and musical entertainment. I was even able to get my haircut at their salon. When guests visited they were able to purchase and quot;Meal Ticketsand quot; at a very reasonable price and pick out their own menu or eat in the Cafe on the main floor. Graduated from wheelchair to a and quot;Walkerand quot; and was hooked up with a home care service before leaving after 3 weeks so that I could continue physical therapy at home by the Home's Social Worker. Am done with home P.T. and am able to ambulate with cane and start regular physical therapy as I can now drive again and expect near full recovery if not full recovery. The Jewish Home exceeded all my expectations and I plan on volunteering in some status as soon as my recovery is complete. The whole staff was wonderful to me!

My back and leg have been a problem for several years. it was a wonderful day when someone told me about Walt Fritz. about 5 years ago. He is a wonderful healer. Recently he worked on my muscles for about 25 minutes, it hurt at first but after about an hour following treatment there was no pain and none of the pain which had preceded the appt. This has been my experience consistently when calling Walt for help. He is compassionate and very well versed in what he does. He explains everything he is doing and makes suggestions for at home exercises. He virtually NEVER pushes the idea of future appts. unless he really thinks you need one. YOU will know if you need another. I have gone for years without seeing him yet when I call he is always excessable and quick to return my e-mail or call. I give Walt the highest rating and pray that nothing happens to him so that I can go to him forever!!!!

They are very good. They listen to me. They try different things if one thing doesn't work, they will try different things. They are upfront and honest. They keep in contact with my doctor so my doctor knows what is going on. I will definitely use them again.

Lattimore Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation
My PT gave me an extensive initial examination to determine the appropriate treatment. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. My visits start out with hands-on treatments, followed by exercises. My PT always gives me hand-outs with diagrams so that I can do the exercises at home. She regularly sends reports to my doctor. She also explains my condition to me in a way that I can understand, and encourages me to be honest about how I'm feeling. The environment is very clean and pleasant. I enjoy talking with the other therapists and clients while I am exercising.

I called and got an appointment immediately that day. The staff was very friendly and the clients interacted with each other because the atmosphere was so relaxed and inviting. The therapists' manner encouraged confidence in their ability to do their job. Every therapist has a masters' degree. Every appointment was scheduled for my convenience and there were late appointments available. When I had a late appointment, I was escorted to my car. The facility looks small but it is organized well to service many different clients at the same time without any conflicts. It is also very clean. There is plenty of parking available. The whole process went very well. My doctor was pleased with my progress and was confident that they taught me well to do the exercises on my own. About 2 weeks after I discontinued my sessions, I received a follow-up call to see how I was doing.

Walt is amazing. I was trying to do my own physical therapy and realized it wasn't working. I did not want conventional physical therapy. I found Walt, who will do myofascial release treatments. He is excellent at this. It feels like he is truly tearing away the fascia inside the muscle tissue itself. I am not sure if that is the reality, but it feels like it. It does not necessarily tickle but after, an hour to a day, it is amazing how much range of motion I gain back. He has give my shoulder so much more strength and stability. He has released all the knottings and problems in my shoulder and it has helped tremendously. He is awesome. I did a search for some who would do this and it is working much better than conventional physical therapy. We are not sure what the problem is yet. But the rang of motion I have back, within not even half of my treatments, is amazing. I am glad he is a physical therapist and doing this because otherwise it may not be covered by my insurance.

    Agape Physical Therapy
From my first visits through my last, I was met on time and with a positive attitude. I would get direction or instruction as needed, but also left to do the needed work at my own pace. The sessions would conclude with some hands-on therapy to loosen the muscle kinks. As the weeks past, my muscle stiffness began to improve and I was given a set of at home exercises to continue my progress.
