    T & L Tree and Landscape
Laura did the estimate. She spent as much time as I needed to walk the property and discuss each bush and tree that needed pruning. It had been quite awhile since I last had it done and so there was some significant work required. She wrote lots of notes and provided me with a quote on the spot. Within a week of signing the quote, her team of 4 was at my house. They were professional, personable and really knew what they were doing. My order was complicated. Some bushes were to be pruned, some were not, we were going to do some creative things with others. They got it done, correctly and efficiently. They cleaned up, chipped it all and took it all away. I look forward to having them back next year.

    T & L Tree and Landscape
Fantastic! Laura is so knowledgeable and responded immediately. This is the second job this company has performed for me. There's no one better! I've had other companies give me estimates but T&L is the only people I would hire. They worked in the rain just to take care of my issue.

After three seasons of serving our lawn mowing needs well, this contractor dropped us from his route without any warning or explanation, leaving us without mowing service just as this year's season begins.

Fields of Green Lawncare And Landscaping
This is the first part of the work, the second (mulching) to come after spring planting is done. Scott and his two man crew did a great job. They were fast at the job, meticulous and efficient. The pricing was well below that of other firms I interviewed, and I am completely satisfied with the work done. I'll report on the mulching when it has been done.

    Benson Enterprises
The crew was friendly and worked diligently with great attention to detail. Did an exceptional job of collecting and disposing of the leaves and downed branches from the lawn and beds. Edged and weeded planting beds and spread mulch. The yard went from a real mess to beautiful in two days.

    Benson Enterprises
We hired Benson to repair our lawn after finding out that we had chinch bugs. While Benson does not handle treatment for insect damage, they referred us to Highpoint Lawn Service. So we contacted Highpoint to spray the lawn to get rid of the I sectsand then Benson to repair the damage in late summer-Fall 2017. When the grass started coming up in early spring 2018, it was about 10% grass and 90% weeds!! Every kind of wee imaginable! I contacted Scott, the owner in early Spring who said he has on his list to come back out and add more topsoil and seed. I said I wanted him to put down a better quality of seed because all I had coming up was weeds. After my husband and I made repeated calls, because they never came out, which they ignored, they finally called and said they were going to come out in late June while we were going through a heat wave. When they came out they were going to put down the same seed. We said no again - that they needed to put something higher quality down which they refused. Meanwhile, Highpoint was treating the lawn according to their recommended treatment schedule. They came out 3 times and after their third visit, the following week we noticed the chinch bugs were back! We contacted Highpoint who refused to take responsibility and said to my husband that they only treated for the chinch bugs once which was the previous fall! My husband said to them, you were just out and you didnt notice the insects were back? The person started to tell my husband he had a degree in this kind of thing and you usually only treat once. Meanwhile we sank about $1,400 on lawn treatment and repair between these two companies that refer and work together and nobody wants to own it. I have since spoken to 2 other people in my neighborhood who have used these companies and said they stopped after being billed for services not performed. My recommendation to anyone considering using either Benson Enterprises or Highpoint Lawn Service, is DONT! My lawn looks far worse now than before and I have had to pay someone else to do the work I paid both of them to do a year ago.

    Old Skool Tree Care LLC
Overall, very well. Hot dry weather and required use of tracked equipment, to move wood out of fenced in area, resulted in unexpected lawn damage. Contactor offered to come back in early fall if necessary to make lawn repairs. Contractor should take steps to protect surrounding area from equipment damage. I am comfortable about having Old Skool back for additional work in the future.

    Slyck Landscaping
First it was impossible to get ahold of him, wouldnt confirm a date to perform service. Took weeks. Finally came and at first it was not up to our agreement. He had to come back and then tried to charge us more! I paid half of what was owed but wanted to see grass grow before paying the balance. Some grass grew and he insisted it would just take time. He continued to hound me for the final payment calling almost every day. My husband was unhappy that the grass was still not growing and did not want me to finish paying him until it did. Jeff then started threatening legal action, I finally gave him the final payment to stop him from incessantly calling. I wish I didnt as half our back yard still has no grass and he wont return my calls or emails. Very disappointed as he was recommended...
