Four Points Remodeling & Design Center
Jim and Missie were a pleasure to work with. Their workers were skilled, punctual, hardworking, and good clean uppers. They were extremely responsive when contacted either by phone or email. One needs to sign up early for service to get on the list. The project took the amount of time as projected. Overall, a fine experience.

    Penfield Hardware And Handyman
David took a small full bathroom that had seen no work in decades and made it beautiful and modern. We had to choose the fixtures and wall tiles; he just did all the labor (and got some common parts). He removed the ceiling fan, shower doors and bathtub, toilet, sink, and vanity. Then he ripped out the inset medicine cabinet, wallpaper, and dry wall. So we were down to the studs. Dave put in a new tile floor, new tiled/painted walls, and new painted ceiling. He then put in all the new fixtures, including a shower base instead of bathtub, and also did a small bit of wiring to change the way the lights and fan were controlled. All this in a very tight area that I think was originally intended to be a half bath. Everyone who has looked at the bathroom has complemented us on how great it looks, and I am finally happy to use that bathroom. If you look really closely you can see places where the tile spacing is just a tiny bit uneven, but I really don't care. It's a well-done manual job.

    Graves Bros Home Improvement Co
Wasn't started. I've had projects performed by Graves in the past and have been very satisfied with the end products, professionalism. When I decided on this project, I contacted Graves, got an estimate, etc. I didn't comparison shop as I knew Graves was fair in price and the job would be done to my satisfaction. I received an email from them that there would need to be additional work done at additional cost. I was somewhat dissatisfied that I was not contacted by phone with details, etc and called requesting the information. The day prior to the project starting, I received a call from the man who was doing the job requesting to relook at the project site. He came, saw and informed me that it could not be done as proposed as the heating ducts were an obstacle. We discussed options and I was open to trying an alternative approach. He then was going to contact someone who could offer alternative approaches to the remodeling. The man came on a Sunday, was here about an hour, informed me that he would put together other approaches in the next couple days. That was more than a month ago-- I have not been contacted, had no word from Graves. Quite frankly, I was so dissatisfied at that point, that I decided not to pursue the remodeling. I am very disappointed at the poor customer service and professionalism demonstrated by Graves

Four Points Remodeling & Design Center
I just finished my first remodeling project with Jim and Missie of Four Points Remodeling. I was nervous about my first project but the entire process was really smooth and relatively easy. With all the choices out there, I was afraid of being overwhelmed but Missie made the process really simple. She worked with me on the design of my kitchen then narrowed down the selections I had to make based on my preferences. Once my selections were done, I had to wait a few months for the work to actually start but it was worth the wait. Four Points has their own crew and Bogdan and Dan were really detail oriented and did their best cleaning up after each days work. The remodel happened during the winter but the cold weather didnt hamper the work. Missie and Jim quickly addressed the small issues I had and Im very happy with the end result. I went from a kitchen with a poor layout and no counter space to one that now flows, is functional, has 3 times the counter space and looks beautiful and modern! I chose Four Points based a referral from a friend who had used them multiple times so I did not get competitive quotes. Working with Four Points was not the least expensive option but considering they did the entire job from top to bottom and handled all the details so I did not have to worry was a huge relief and worth the money to have things done right the first time.

    ROC Home Designs
Thrilled with finished project! Totally professional, fairly priced, and regularly provided project status updates even though this was a relatively small job. Very skillful, with incredible attention to detail. Capable, creative, (custom concrete accents) and we experienced barely any disruption with Joshs daily cleanup- what a bonus!

    D&P Precision Plumbing & Remodeling
My wife and I recently purchased a condo, and it became immediately apparent to us, prior to the purchase, that substantial work needed to be done in the primary bathroom and powder room. Our realtor highly recommended D&P Precision Plumbing and Remodeling, due in large part to her professional association with the companys owner, David Piccirillo. David Piccirillo assessed our needs, and we agreed to all that was recommended. During the entire process of the bathroom renovations, Dave kept us informed each step of the way. Being a self-described perfectionist, Dave was meticulous with every detail. He took the time to make sure all was perfect before we moved in, and we are ecstatic over the results. Dave installed a walk-in shower for us, along with two toilets, and he oversaw the extensive drywalling and electrical work that needed to be done. In addition, he tore out the old flooring, repaired weakness in the walls, and installed new flooring. We cant recommend David Piccirillo highly enough. Whatever your plumbing needs may be, by all means call him at D&P Precision Plumbing & Remodeling. You will be glad you did.

    ROC Home Designs
`We completely rebuilt our entire home from the studs out. We were particularly fussy about finding the right contractor for the work we needed completed. We were lucky to find ROC and Josh. I can't say enough about his attention to detail and in our case, with an extremely old house, his interest and ability to make things right. What we ran into with our old home, was work that had been done over the years and in some case multiple times and the mistakes and poor work stacked up and it was just time to have things all corrected and made new again. We weren't looking for a contractor to get in and out as fast as possible, we were looking for workmanship and integrity and I we were always rewarded with exactly what we were looking for. So, we highly recommend ROC. Home Designs.

Four Points Remodeling & Design Center
Fantastic in all respects! We would definitely call Four Points next time. Jim and Missie were wonderful to work with. The crew was extremely professional and responsive. I can't imagine a bath remodel working any better from start to finish!

    A Best Construction Inc
Marty Hill was very responsive right from the start, providing information and answering questions more quickly than the other contractors we considered. He was very clear about what work he was planning and honest about things he wouldn't be able to get done on our timeline. His overall price was competitive even compared to discounted prices from others. Starting as soon as possible was a big factor for us and he shuffled his schedule to fit us in early. The work was done within the timeline he forecast (9 weeks for this job), and the quality of both his crew's labor and his suppliers' materials was very good. There were several plumbing issues which had to be re-worked, but all were quickly fixed once discovered. We were very satisfied and will use A Best again in the future.

Four Points Remodeling & Design Center
We had a really good experience with both Missie and Jim, and with the people who did the work as well. We did not have a clear idea of what we wanted our bathroom to look like, and Missie's design ideas were great. They were helpful and easy to work with. We had a few different estimates done by other companies, and Four Points was on the low end of the range - very reasonable. We certainly did not have to compromise in terms of customer service though. Any questions or concerns were promptly and enthusiastically addressed. Would highly recommend, and am hoping to have them back for another project soon.
