ANorb Miller General ContractorNorb Miller agreed to replace the roof. He gave an estimate of $15,750 to complete the roofing job. The roofing supplies arrived a couple of days after Mr. Miller accepted the job in June 2011. The roofing crew started work two weeks later. The crew removed the old shingles and cleaned up the yard daily. They trimmed trees and cut down a small tree that was interfering with their progress. We contacted Mr. Miller to add a project. The steps and boarded walkway off of the deck needed repairing or replacing. He gave an estimate of $2,350 to replace the steps and walkway. The extra project was completed in just a couple of days and looks wonderful! Mr. Miller then contacted us saying that there were some addition charges, $300 for a new gutter and tree trimming, $500 for lumber supplies and pointing of the chimney. The roofing crew finished up on August 11,2011. The new roof looks fabulous and Mr. Miller picked the perfect shingles to match our Victorian Era home. This was a job well done! Just a side note, as I was leaving for work one morning, one of the roofing crew was bringing in my trash bins that had just be emptied by the disposal company. That's service!- Viktoria S.

AEdified ServicesEd not only responded promptly to my request, he went right to the site and when we agreed on a (reasonable) price, he set to work immediately. He even went above and beyond by sending before-and-after images, moving trash cans to their proper place when he wasn't expected to, removing the debris from the premises, and stacking the debris for waste pickup. Our transaction was conducted remotely, as I am in New York State, he is in Florida, and we have never met!- Amy M.

My house had 39 windows, some quite large, and the entire cleaning process was completed in less than 2 hours. The work was completed with a minimum of disruption to my home. I did not have to follow and clean up behind them. They were meticulous. I highly recommend Clearview to anyone seeking to have their windows cleaned. I will definitely be using them again.- Holly D.

AEarley ContractingMark and his crew were great to work with. They took off the screens on my gutters, cleaned the gutters out and put the screens back on. They also put back two pieces of screen that had blown off and cleaned debris and sticks off my roof. They raked up the mess that came out of the gutters. All this only cost me $20! Then I had them trim a large maple tree whose branches were hanging over my roof. He took quite a bit off the tree and only charged me $50.00. I couldn't believe how low his prices were. They also did two roofs on my street and painted a house on a nearby street. Everyone on the job was very polite and referred to me as "Maam". I would use them again for any type of work.- Nancy P.

AJB Masters Gutter Service and RestorationCAME OUT WITHIN 2 DAYS OF CALL. DID WHAT THEY COULD INITIALLY, BUT SOME WAS FROZEN, SO THEY RETURNED A WEEK LATER TO COMPLETE THE WORK. DID NOT NEED TO BE HOME, ALTHOUGH IF I WAS THERE, I WOULD HAVE REQUESTED REMOVAL OF UNISGHTLY PILES OF OLD NEEDLES (SOME OF WHICH WERE FROZEN INTO BLOCKS). HOWEVER, THE GUTTERS LOOK GREAT ... IT IS AN ANCIENT RENTAL WHICH I AM CERTAIN NEVER HAD THAT WORK DONE PREVIOUSLY. THEY DID NOT CHARGE ANYTHING UNTIL THE WORK WAS COMPLETED, THEN LEFT THE BILL ON MY FRONT DOOR.- William B.

AEverything went great. Justin and his crew were very professional, worked safely and left everything clean and debris free. Justin was in the middle of the quotes I received, but was able to complete the project much sooner than the other contractors. He performed all work as promised and also went the extra mile to transition the downspout color from white to black to match the barn color scheme. Fantastic!
