    PODS Moving and Storage
After receiving phone notification of imminent arrival within 10-15 minutes, morning of delivery, truck didn't actually arrive 'til nearly half-the-hour later. Driver who was already supposed to know from LENGTHY, DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS solicited in advance, by phone {which took up no less than 20 minutes of our time already} that he was to drive right into our drive way, opted to attempt backing into the driveway upon arrival before even getting out of the truck to speak with anyone here about altering our bought+paid-for delivery plan. In process he also backed right over our recycling bin. Apparently no one informed him of the delivery information and he simply assumed the unit was to be dropped in the driveway (by default) despite the fact we'd already had to pay an additional $60-some dollars to have it dropped on the lawn. We're now convinced their delivery person's an inexperienced truck-driver and he made a remarkable show of ineptitude at controlling the box-crane-rig for placing the storage unit to beat all. We showed him where to place it and instead it's been left sitting cockeyed taking up two parking spaces in our driveway as opposed to the requested single spot. Practically EVERY DETAIL we were informed of about the delivery service supposedly available from Pods was directly contradicted by their driver. Furthermore, the driver made absolutely NO 'customer service' effort to ensure we'd receive any refund of their extra delivery-charge for services NOT rendered or proved 'currently unavailable in [y]our area'. 'You get details when you get your listing work done, dear 'Angies'.
Quit being ridiculous about this: you've made ZERO visible improvements to the member-usage functionality of your 'state-of-the-art' ca. 2003 web-site at least half a decade, despite how many rounds of customer surveys for naught?  Do catch up with the 2nd decade of the century, will you please.  Have to raise the membership cost from $11.-- to $14?  How will you ever survive to 2020?

    Extra Space Storage
My wife and I had a storage space with Extra Space Storage, Rt. 32, Saugerties, NY. We ended the contract and called ahead of time to say we wanted to pick up our personal items, and gave Rich a DETAILED list of our items. First and foremost, our pets ashes/urns, of our dog Star, whom we had for 14 years, and our cats, Audrey, Emily and Twinkle. We told Rich we were coming the weekend of 12/5/14 - 12/7/14 - and took EXTRA care to remind him of our most important items, the ashes/urns. He said he was aware and so was the man, Allen, who was purchasing the space. Rich ASSURED us that the ashes would be saved out with our other personal things. When we arrived, the ashes/urns were NOT THERE! Rich claimed the gentleman, Allen, put the ashes/urns with our things, but they were not there. He called this man Allen and left a message, the next day we went back and spoke to Kelly, the manager, she said this Allen fellow called back, had no idea, but that he "said" he put the ashes/urns with our things, just as Rich had told us. Kelly refused to give me Allen's phone # or last name, and said there was nothing she could do about it and that Allen DID NOT WANT to talk to us. I explained to her that throwing our ashes is like desecrating a grave, but she seemed not to care at all. We had left SPECIFIC instructions with Rich ahead of time about saving out the ashes/urns, and he ASSURED us they were saved out. No one takes blame for this horrific action, and now our ashes/urns are gone! Help! Sincerely, Ian R. J. Kilfoil

Their staff person was very helpful, informative, and was the most professional bike repair person I've dealt with in about a decade. I was very impressed. Their price was reasonable. The turnaround time on the work was good. The service man informed me of the progress he was making and asked questions about what I wanted done. I didn't get a followup call telling me the bike was done. I had to call them myself about a week later. My main disappointment in dealing with them was that their paperwork was excessive.

    St Joseph's Hospital Health Center
All staff members efficient and professional. I was tested and the results fully explained. When I used the call button I got swift response. I appreciated that the unit is quiet.
