House Cleaning reviews in Phoenix

    Central NY Cleaning
within an hour+a-half of initial phone conversation, impressively enough.  Showing her around the house a lot of assumptions were being rattled off about what she would do, as opposed to 1st ASKING what we either needed or wanted done or at least 'offering' to perform various tasks rather than asserting her will-power(?).  And despite being quite talkative, she played it pretty tight-lipped about what sort of overall service exactly their outfit's apparently only 'looking to offer'.  I.e. rather than stating up front before wasting anyone's time that there's evidently an ideal minimum amount of cleaning work required to make it worth their while-{which is understandable, but why then not 'disclose' what their minimum work-load/time IS as opposed to casting about voluntarily blind like the proverbial headless... ? = NONsensical!}-she failed to mention any such limitations on THEIR part whatsoever.  Instead I was left guessing by her 'context cues' that there was some 'need-to-know-basis' I was lacking as she implicitly 'acted out' instead of simply disclosing an apparent expectation there must be agreement to having nearly EVERY room in the house cleaned top-to-bottom.  For their information ( and that of any other actual professionals paying any attention to that trivial detail of service which 'provides for' 'the customer comes FIRST'?) NOT EVERYONE has either desire or need to relinquish the privacy of EVERY ROOM in their OWN home to service people.  Why, indeed, last I checked, we're still entitled to SOME basic constitutional considerations-- are YOU not?  What's more to this baffling pantomime of interest is that she repeatedly also declined to give me so much as a 'ball-park' figure of about how much per hour they require, saying that they don't charge by the hour, only by the job . . . but, notice?
-That ISN'T what I asked her ... twice + nicely.  'Nuf said?  Or are we to demonstrate by further proxy of like-minded presumption? =]
= Potential client says they 'want help'; didn't say we were ENTIRELY helpLESS.

Then she never did call back by the day's end as promised--or at all--to provide an estimate/clarification and no further communication of courtesy or basic consideration was proffered whatsoever.  It seems, 'ONLY' a large living room, open den, full-size family room, hallway+stairs, and one full bath { if small} simply wasn't enough for Shellie; regardless of repeated statements of assurance that this was only as a trial-basis and there would almost certainly be more to do when the home-owners here were given the opportunity to see her good work and accustom themselves to her occasional presence.
About 4 weeks later when I at last managed to see my way clear to 'returning' their previously promised NON-communication by calling their top-listed number {for 'Linda' no surname volunteered} to find out if the business' other service person was available, I was simply told, "No, I'm sorry, I can't!" with no further explanation offered--a very terse 'conference' indeed.  All-in-all quite impertinent, and altogether ultimately, presumptuously disrespectful if not merely foolhardy where any of 1st-impressions of professionalism is concerned.

NOTE TO SELF: 3-4 rooms isn't enough work for some cleaning service professionals-
    -lesson learned
, and thanks so much for 'learnin" us the hard-headed way, how 'service-ably' quaint + novel... = likewise Charmed, I'm sure.
Note to you, hard-workers tho you may be: disrespectfully wasting a good man's time may get you simularly 'put-out' with fleas in the ears that don't ' wash' quite so handily?

    Superior Maids Service Inc.
Communication was excellent and they were responsive to my date change..   They did an efficient job doing all things that were specifically requested by me including but not limited to dusting and polishing of all furniture, detailed cleaning of kitchen, appliances, cabinets, cleaning of kick-knack shelves, baseboards, window sills, and plant room..  They were not hired to wash floors or bathrooms but I assume they would be just as efficient and detailed in these areas.   I would hire again.

    The Maids of Syracuse
It all went very well, but their hours did not coincide with mine. I have to leave for work by 8am and the earliest they can arrive was 9am, so I will not be able to utilize them again.
